|Agree. The Leafs are hot right now but they historically struggle against west coast teams and they are one of the worst road teams in the league. Also missing the best 2 way forward they have in Clarkson.

A big factor as well is that the Leafs don't play the Coyotes very often so there is no hate or rivalry between these 2. The last game they played was a snooze fest. I don't think the Leafs will play with the same emotion as they did against Boston, Buffalo, and the Habs. If they do come out and play that high speed, physical, counter attack style then the Coyotes are in trouble but they seem to save that style for their div games and usually play a much softer brand elsewhere unless provoked.
This looks to be an emotional hang over game for the Leafs and could be the let down game. As long as the Coyotes can keep the Leafs intensity subdued (never poke a sleeping bear) they should be able to squeak out a win. After the 2-1 SO Im avoiding the o/u on this one.
I think its also worth noting that the Leafs are looking more and more like they did at the start of the season the farther we get away from that 24/7 TV show they did for the Winter Classic. BOLTA
