What a duel between "mariner24" and "patrick26", ive been in the mariner24 position before in '10 playoffs (see for yourself), i got shy with the money and i lost and wouldve won, for what thats worth, it could be the correct approach too.
on the game, how do you go against a previous winner of the Cup on home ice? Brodeur is on a mission, (so is Quick and the Kings, Kings win it, too much dominance on forward play, the go around like bees in a hive, African bees), and i believe he's in his final tip top shape for this one. Lundquist on other side? he's been a choke, although ive always felt the best time to play the Rangers is when they're on the road, all the way back to the Messier time. But this team doesnt seem to understand that when you're the better team all around, the philosophy should be catch me if you can, like Secretariet in the Belmont and like I'll Have Another will exemplify in the Belmont this year, it's not even gonna be close. But they seem to think we'll just out muscle the other team and play off our laurels. If Rangers win this one (which they wont), And play in attack mode the rest of the way, it will be a great Stanley Cup Final (Kings still win it). But tonite, it's "Hail to Sir Martin !! " What a great career !
