Is everybody psyched up for another 40 point blowout!?!?!?! WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS OUGHTA BE FUN!!!!!!! - Of course I'm being sarcastic. What makes this game any different than the other Laker home games?!?!?! The fact that the Lakeshow only has to give up 12 right now is a gift horse, so I'm not going to look it in the mouth.....

The Lakers lost the 1st game of this series by 8 points at home

Trends develop fast in the playoffs and this year its been the double digit road losses for the rockets. Back and forth games. No consistent play, and they seem to do the same to their opponent. But fortunately for the lakers, game 7 is in LA. Too much pressure on Kobe to not bring the best out of him. The nuggets have seem to steal the show with being the hottest contenders so far and Kobe will make a game 7 statement to carry into the western conf finals...

Yao's not playing for the rockets any more

I agree, Wang.  He seemed to be insinuating that the Lakers have rolled every time out at home though.  

I do think the Lakers will take this final game at home, but I'll be watching what the line does between now and then.  We're at 12.5 right now, if it is at 14-15 I may consider a play on the Rockets.  Close out games are tough.  I don't think the Rockets will lay down for a beating of 40 again

Allright, there's about 4 things I need to address here:
First of all the Rockets leading scorer and rebounder is not playing, just like in the 40 point blowout.
Second of all, if you agree with me, then why are you talking crap?!?!?
Thirdly, if I thought you'd be good for it, I'd give you the Rockets +20, but I figure you're not, so nevermind.
And fourthly, yes, I've had some drinks this afternoon, so what of it, you wanna go!?!?!? HUH!!!!!!!! Let's step outside punk, and see........... HEY, WAITAMINUTE!!!!!!!!! I didn't......OWWWWWWW WHY YOU SUNOFA............... OFFICER, I SWEAR, THIS GUY........AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PEPPER SPRAY!!!!!!!!!!!! MY EYES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Rockets had Yao the first game. The Lakers got spanked for real too, give the Rockets full credit; however, once yao went down the Lakers have been taking it for granted they'll win. It takes an embarassment to motivate them. I think Phil has kind of lost the reins on this team too. You'd never see a Phil Jackson team so apathetic twice in a PLAYOFF series. Plus I don't think any of us here are nieve enough to not realize that the NBA will do whatever it can short of the officials actually shooting and defending to create Lebron vs. Kobe. It's unethical but sound business to put the best product out there when the stakes are high. You think they'd have learned from all the sh*t that's gone on in business recently but... Based on those points and a little logic I see Lakers by 14. 108-94 so whatever line you get keep it in mind. Betting Kobe points? Kobe doesn't go for 50 (36) and next week the Nuggest win game 1 in LA by 6.

still undecided in this matchup ...... but you have to believe that Houston should be able to keep this close...... its the deciding game ...... and in deciding games of this nature ...... with these 2 teams .......it should be a tussle right down to the wire where free throws will decide the outcome...... for the line to be 12 again going up to 13 is a bit of a mystery to me at this stage...... i think the sharps and bpublic are expecting too much of the lakers here to cover a high spread in a deciding game !!

The fix is in. LA wins. Rockets cover. LA may be having internal problems with players calling one another out. Gasol didn't show up for three quarters last game and Kobe started throwing his lousy team leader skills around by having temper fits. . A lot of wood at 13 for the Rockets. Watch the calls. Refs, once again decide the game. NBA is fixed and if you don't think it is your nuts. Its all about Stern and the big market match-ups and money. Under the first half with the Rockets. Rockets won't win because the fix is in, but will cover, whatever the first half is. First half score. LA 45 Houston 45.
