Like the Bengals here myself.I managed to go 9-2 in college and pro since thurs night. WOOHOO. Just had to brag to somebody. Hope everyone here faired pretty well also.

RAVENS!!  Gonna take the points and the under looks SWEET, bengals only put up 14 pts in their finale game against Indy, that pathetic.

I like the Ravens here. I think they got better and I think Cincy did not improve from last year.

However, my money is probably going on the UNDER.

Willis McGahee is going to give the Ravens something they haven't had in a long time..a coast-to-coast home run hitter!
 
I opened up a 2-team six point teaser last night with Dallas -.5 and matched them with Baltimore +9...Cincy's vertical passing game worries me a little as they have fine perimeter speed and deep threats but McCallister and Rolle are fine corners and getting nine points is a lot with a defense like BM.... McNair has a few weapons (Clayton, Mason, Heap and McGahee) and the Bengals ARE the Bengals...so I roll with BM and take nine points and just chill...I may do a very small ML play on BM but I respect Palmer and the Bengals offense quite a bit and if they get into a good rhythm it could be hard for the Ravens to match scores..

i'm pretty sure if it wasn't a preseason game, they would have scored a lot more.

Wish I could help you bro but I got nothing on this one...

Hang in there man I had a very bad week myself. Made some up on Big plays but still just enough to cover my losses and not bring me into a positive.

This is our part of our preseason of gambling once we gather a better feel for the team it should get better.

Taking Cincy in this game, I don't see them being able to match Cincy in a shootout. Cincy plays the Ravens well, and has the speed at receiver to cause the BMore defense fits. i lowered the spread to 2.5 so that a field goal will cover instead of push.

Cincy and the over. palmer will get his and the ravens will either score or cause a TO on the Cincy side of the field.

I won't be playing this game, as my earlier post said I am trying to disapline myself to play only games I am very confindent in - this one will be close. This weekend was my fewest plays for a full football weekend only 4. I won't be playing the late game either just downing some coldies, I am 4-0 for the weekend and I will take that into next weeks games.

What football forum are you talking about?

I'm on Cinci here so far, but have yet to place a bet yet.  I am not a big trend guy, but the ones mentioned in this thread do apply here.
They usually start the season strong, then fade later.  Home crowd helps cover this low #.

I am on the Ravens here, hoping to get 3 but will play it at +2.5 if I have to. I have zero faith in the Bengals defense to get any pressure on McNair, I like the addition of McGahee to the Ravens offense, Heap should have a big night as well as Clayton & Mason. I also think this one may go over, but I most likely won't be on the total either way. Would consider Ravens ML if you play them.
Line has moved off -3 to -2.5
