You gotta figure the Steelers turn it around at some point, and maybe this is the game, then again.....

Quad I don't know if you watched Steelers @ Bengals but Big Ben and group was playing better than the first game.  At the same time Andy Dalton wasn't very accurate yet the result was Cindy 20-10.  I'm going to have to give Cutler a chance here.

Still not overly impressed with the Trestman lead Cutler Bears...Cincy gave away the game and on two turnovers in great filed position the Bears got nothing.Then the epic battle against the Vikings with a miscue on defense and now again more heralded heroics for Cutler.

Pitt has looked awful in week one and a mere tad better in week two in a division game which meant a lot.Now with the 'Terrible Towel' on the cusp of being packed away for the season with another loss @ home no less,I would side with Pitt to not sink the ship this week at home and give the fans something if only one thing to talk about....Pitt for the win on the M/L

 Looks to be a long,long, long, LONG Season for the Steelers.

The Steelers are comming apart at the seams and they cant figure out what is wrong ??  Steelers at 0-2 and 0-2 ATS just cant get it together.

Chicago bears and that D is one of the best in the NFL again.

Chicago Bears -2.5 (no need to analyze , dont overthink it)

Bears play good defense always.  And their D scores points and takes the ball away frequently.  above post mentioned other teams giving the win to the bears....is it a surprise when the bears d scores? 
McClellon will see more snaps and big ben is big slow ben who will get hit and sacked often.  He is on the decline and he has no protection. 
I see Landry Jones seeing the field this year, maybe not this game.  Bears O is loaded with weapons.

Good news for PIT is Heath Miller might play.

 

Bad news is that Heath Miller isn’t going to fix the ground game for PIT.

PIT can’t run. Second to last in the NFL, they have only 75yds total in 2 gms. (2.4 yds/carry)

Off. Coord. Todd Haley is on the hot seat. Does Antonio Brown or Ben have a problem with Haley?

PIT will shuffle the RBs and Felix Jones could take over for Isaac Redman

 

PIT’s offense will do better than last 2 gms

but that isn’t too high a bar to reach. (19pts in 2 gms)

Poor Ben has been sacked 7 times (5 vs TEN, 2 vs CIN) already and they take their toll on a 31 yo 10 year vet.

 

PIT still has a strong defense with  2 PBowlers Troy Polamalu and Ryan Clark and newcomer 1^st rd draft pick Julius Jones.

Ike Taylor probably gets B. Marshall after holding CIN’s AJ Green to 45 yds, but unless the D starts scoring, PIT has a hard time getting points.

 

CHI seems to have shored up the Off. line pass protection problems by

spending for Jermon Bushrod NO Pbowl LT

,picking up Matt Slauson LG,

and drafting Kyle Long RG in the first round,

 

Jay Cutler has only been sacked 1 time in 71 pass atts. (although he has been knocked down a few times). That stat is going to change vs PIT’s D.

 

The combo of Martellus Bennett/ Brandon Marshall been outstanding and the duo has 342yds/5 tds in 2 gms. (Their combined salaries about $14 mil a year.)

Add in Matt Forte and new NFL coach Trestman from the CFL is winning games … although barely.

If only Cutler didn’t throw ints (3 so far), and Forte didn’t fumble, but they still have wild card Hester returning kicks for 46 yds a return.

 

CHI doesn’t have to worry too much about the run game of PIT after the loss of PBowl center M . Pouncey and 1^st round draft pick LeVeon Bell still injured.

 

CHI has a good secondary with Lance Briggs, Charles Tillman (2 ints already, but is listed as questionable for gm) and Julius Peppers to keep Antonio Brown, E. Sanders and J. Cotchery (trio has 356yds/1 td in 2 gms) in check.

 

That last game winning drive by CHI against MIN shows that CHI could be a contender with Cutler finally becoming consistent.

Both teams can play defense, that's what I know.  Pitt going 0-3, hard to believe but ?  And at home .......
