This should be an entertaining game with two teams putting points on the board. The falcons are coming off a 4 game SUATS winning streak and they won their last 2 bowl games SU. Paul Smith on the other hand would like to close out a stellar carreer on a positive note. I will take tulsa to win but the falcons to cover.

Bowling Green has killed me for a number of seasons. I don't even know why I bother playing them at times during the regular season. For me this is the one team that if I play on them I lose and If I play against them I lose. I cannot shake my bad mojo off this team. For the number of seasons that I have touched their games I have won maybe 4-6 times over the past 7 years or more. I'm probably 4-50 on Bowling Green games.
Anyway here it goes so you might want to fade me and I'm not kidding about this one. I'm not going bother making a long write up about why I'm taking this play cause with my bad luck with this team it will probably go the exact oppossite.
Leaning on Bowling Green final.
You guys are going to be better off if I stay away from this game so I just might stay away.

Our (U.S.A) democracy is perverted by open bribery on capital hill.
George Bush's brother help the Reps steal not one but TWO election that
have made a select few very wealthy while killing our younger
generation(s), and driving down the greater populace of the world.
BUT Frank Beamer kept the order by suspending Brandon Ore, and thereby
taking the Hokie running game out of the 1st quater oF this game. Why?
'B/c Beamer plays by the rules?' B/c "coach rules w/ an iron first yo"?
B/c if he hadn't have suspended Ore for that quarter, it would've led to anarchy.
No. The fact is Beamer is an a.s.s.hole of the highest magnitude. He
thought, "hey, we're gonna whoop KU anyway. They're No. 8, and *we're*
No. 3". "Sh!t, we should be playing LSU on Monday. This one is in the
bad".
Beamer did what he did to satisfy his own ego. He didn't do it, "b/c
the man is a teacher first" or *any* of the BS. The guy gets paid to
coach football. And the proof as to weather he is a "good" coach, is
that his team wins. Not just win "run of the mill games", but win "the
big game(s)".
VT could've failed to cover in this game and I would've been fine w/
losing my cash, b/c it still would've been uplifting to see Tech win a
big game when the whole country (w/ exceptiong to Kansas) was cheering
for them and wanting to see them succeed.
Alas, I failed to account for Beamer and his idiotic choices. You could
pin that loss on the team, and certainly they played their part.
However, as w/ any sport, it's all about momentum.
By the time VT finally scored (surprise surprise, Ore scored when he was allowed ot play) the game had all but been decided.
Thanks a lot and F_CK YOU Beamer. Hopefully VT comes to it's senses and fires your troglodyte a.s.s.

I had forgotten about this game. I like Tulsa because of thier offense. I know thier defense is not that great, but I think they win a shootout by a TD.

Because GMAC needs to sell some insurance. No other reason. Maybe if we all chip in some of our winnings we can get a group policy and not risk wasting our money on this game.

Why someone would rant about VT on THIS thread is beyond me. It was a 3 point game. It certainly was not over by the first quarter. However, Frank should have got Taylor more snaps. The bottom line is you're an idiot for betting VT in the first place, did you watch any games this year? You can't just read articles and side with public opinion. Good luck Monday, bet I know who you're taking.

Agree with the track meet NBA reference Lefty. 76 is a shitload of points, but you will need Maalox by halftime if you bet the under on this one. Saw 3 or 4 Tulsa games this year and they can just light up the scoreboard. I had CFU in both CFU/Tulsa games and Tulsa about gave me a heart attack the way they would come back after CFU would score. Like the over and I also like Tulsa. Yes, Tulsa had a lousy record against the spread, but they also had some large ATS numbers to cover. Also, like the better QB in bowl games, the team that loses their last regular season game is really getting up for their bowl game this year, and I love to fade the MAC when the game isn't in their backyard.

Is that how it works...??? No wonder I was hungry after the Chick'filet Bowl ( spelling?)

Bowling Green vs. Tulsa -5 (1 unit) - I know virtually nothing about either team so I'll take the favorite here in the GMAC Bowl. Only a 1 unit pick as their is more to focus on today and my current losing streak in the bowls is horrifying. I'm not 17-14 and -10.7 units which is quite demeaning considering how well I started these bowls. My 5 unit picks have KILLED me, I'll need this win and tomorrows National Championship win to finish on the plus side. FYI - tomorrow is a 10 unit pick on LSU.

Liking the overs here as it doesn't look like either team will offer much D-Tulsa played better schedule overall and would lean toward something like -Tulsa 55- BG 38
