oregon state 2 weeks to prepare in what is both teams 1st conference game. it is typically a close game between these two teams and they are obviously very familiar with one another. I can see why the line has gone down. Oregon state will throw everything they have at them. UCLA is definitely due for a letdown game as well considering they aren't used to having so much success in a season and probably don't know how to level their emotions yet to stay the course week in and week out. Not playing this game because I do feel that UCLA has more talent, but the intangibles for OSU are definitely in their favor IMO.

Why is it that everyone thinks "a letdown" is gonna happen with teams that have been doing well and confident in their team.  Oregon St has had 2 weeks to prep but UCLA has a very good coach a def/off that believes in self  if anything no momentum for Oregon St with the week off.  I like UCLA moving the ball and the def stopping teams

ucla had so many bad years, i think it will take at least a season to enjoy their success...i think that 50 beat down from usc last season still motivates them along with an uprade in head coach and fewer injuries...i think UCLA is licking their chops to get a shot at SC this season...it appears that SC though Uber talented, is vulnerable...

I'll take the under.  Oregon State didn't do much against what turns out to be a pretty bad Wisconsin team.  UCLA is undefeated, a little overrated, but good for about 28 points in this matchup (and the win).  Just need OSU to come out and score 21 or less.

by no means do i think UCLA is overrated. i would also disagree with you about wisconsin... their offense is terrible, but wisky has an above avg defense.

This line has been pounded down to -7.5 after opening at -11.5. Something is up.

john - I don't think anything is up...I think the vegas cappers set the line too high with UCLA's body of work today and the feel good story...Oregon St beat a marginal Wisc team at home by 3 points...I think some believe that UCLA won't live up to the hupe and Oregon St is underrated...I disagree...I like UCLA...

It is only Oregon States 2nd game...UCLA's 4th.  If UCLA had any letdown it would have been last week after the Nebraska game.  UCLA has Colorado next week so no worries about looking ahead.  I'll take the hot team.

I love Oregon State in this game, I took it on Tuesday +10, and it looks like a good Value. But I can see UCLA loosing this game at home, woud be Classic of them. Obviously for a line to move 4-5 points big money is being lade on Oregon State. We will see.
