NCSU is very healthy. Unlike years past, NCSU has avoided the injury plaque. They lost their starting kicker at Clemson. Other than that, 95% of starting roster is fit. Tom O'Brien is 3-0 vs Butch Davis. He understands the importance of this game; especially in down years when it keeps the faithful happy. This year, the game actually has post-season meaning for NCSU, and UNC is playing the season-spoiler role at home. Lots of emotion here, plenty of intangibles. I expect a tight one.

Throw the records, history, and players out on this one.  Consensus is 50/50, should be a very close game......I'll take the +2.5 and NCST.

NC State is stronger team.  Better Offense/Defense.  Home doesn't matter much here.  NC State wins by touchdown.

sometimes it's hard to believe, when you see 20 people posting on a single thread, all taking the same side... and they still can't figure out that's the wrong side...


UNC wins this going away... and no, NC St is not the better football team...

State is 8-2 against the number for a reason.......Boise is 7-2 and Oklahoma st is 8-2 ATS also......back the the trend teams this week!!!

pounding NC St as one of my top 2 games of the weekend. Looking at nc state coach's history vs nc (3-0), Looking at the great year state has put together and with NC being banged up... I think NC state comes out with atleast a 7-9 point win, but more like 10-13.... I just can't find any reason NC will win. Sure might keep it close since its a rival game but State should be able to rattle Yates, granted state is a little weak against the pass. But, NC's secondary is weak also - so the over sounds great in this game. But i'm staying away from points this weekend in rivalry games - never seems to go my way and just lose money on that, will stick to winners... and NC state is the winner here

NC St normally gets quick starts in their games and have been pretty solid in the front ats...Should be a tight game so I'm going with...

Be very careful with this game.  NC resident and made some $$$ with NCSU this season, but the senior class at UNC has never beat NCSU and the schools are less than a hour a part, so everybody knows everybody etc... This game's MO will swing like a grandfather clock.  Fun to watch ball-buster to cap, No play for me

Hey guys- UNC Alum here. This is a huge game for Tarheels. They are coming off 3 losses in a row to NCSU. Butch has not beaten State.  This win salvages a season where we've had anywhere between 7-12 players ineligible.  8-4 huge accomplishment (assuming duke win) with this year's problems.

NCSU clearly better team this year, with all the UNC players down, but it really depends on which team shows up

Home crowd will matter, but NCSU will bring 20K fans if not more.

UNC Beat FSU  and almost beat LSU so has proven it can play. Also lost to GA Tech though.

If I were betting, I'd take Over, the game is too close to call.

My bankroll took a hit early in the season but it's been building back up since then. My project at work minimized my chances to wager on a lot of games but since it was completed it's been great.
