MSU plays tough at home. Iowa isnt getting Vegas respect just like Denver Broncos. Denver is for real it seems like now, and I believe Iowa is as well.
If I bet the game, I would rather put my money on Iowa

Ferentz and his staff are no joke. They dominated every aspect of the second half after falling behind 10-0 this week. I don't see them falling behind at all, and try to get the jump on MSU early. If they get out to an early lead the defense will step up and make sure there is no come back. IOWA does not lack play makers, they are doing something up there that appears to be working, and I think this could be the week they open it up and show the rest of the country they are for real.

MSU at East Lansing for the Hawks has not been very kind over the past 15 seasons and I have to think this is the way a lot of people will look at his game - a MSU team that looks to be turning the corner vs an IOWA team who's won 11 straight playing at place they haven't had much recent success and who may be due for a loss. IOWA is a very solid team whose coaches have this team winning. If you want to continue to look at the Northern Iowa or the Arkst games as a measuring stick for this team I think you are making a big mistake. I think they'll be prepared and come away with the W. Good luck with whomever you choose.

Last time.... Iowa played a team from Arizona- Iowa lost Iowa played @ Iowa State- Iowa lost Iowa played @ Penn State- Iowa lost Iowa played home vs. Michigan- Iowa lost Iowa played home @ Wisconsin- Iowa lost Iowa played @ Mich State- Iowa lost Iowa played home vs. Indiana- Iowa lost Iowa played home vs. Northwester- Iowa lost Iowa played @ Ohio State- Iowa lost Iowa played home vs. Minnesota- Iowa WON
So, going with the occuring theme, Iowa will go into the last weekend, and lose.
I personally think this is the game where Iowa gets all their units clicking and play a complete football game. We've yet to putt together are best team. We have not played a full 4 quarter game. I would say that we haven't come close to playing our best football this year. I will be at this game, along with many other Hawk fans. We sold all are tickets despite the 6 hour drive. Also, Michigan State still has tickets available on their website....
One more thing, Michigan State is mainly a passing offense, and Iowa's pass D is absolutely sick. Look at these numbers...
QB's against Iowa's defense... Iowa State- 10/22, 79 yards, 4 INT, BENCHED Arizona- 4/14, 50 yards, 1 INT, BENCHED Penn State- 12/32, 198 yards, 3 INT Michigan- 8/19, 94 yards, 1 INT, BENCHED Wisconsin- 15/25, 143 yards, 3 INT
We have forced 22 turnovers in 7 games. That is a lot of turnovers. I don't remember the exact numbers, but Arkansas Staet and Northern Iowa's QB's have had by far the best games against are defense.
As I said, this is the week I feel Iowa puts it all together and has that dominate win.
Iowa- 31 Michigan State- 13

There is something fishy about this line. IOWA at the opener minus now a plus. Whether Vegas under estimating IOWA here or they just baiting IOWA backers. How can Michigan ST favorite after loosing to CMU and couldnt even cover NORTHWestern game? I am sure a lot of us are thinking this way. Why IOWA is underdog after time and time again keep on winning the ball game? So far i am liking Michigan St here minus 1.5. BOL

How is Iowa a dog again? Take it to the bank. The Bullies of the Big Ten. They've handed out concussions in back to back games. Michigan QB and superstar Wisconsin TE. This one might not be close. CM lost to Arizona and beat MSU Iowa beat Arizona MSU lost to Wisconsin, Iowa beat Wisconsin MSU beat Michigan - so did Iowa MSU beat Illinois and NW who are both below average. Oh, and Iowa beat Penn State at Penn State - again.

This game is a toss up, each team is a couple plays away from switching records. Iowa has squeaked by a couple shitty teams and Mich St. has been on the losing end of some close ones. In the end, both teams blow so I'll stay away
