tenn should cover this. they need a win bad and kiffin will keep scoring as long as he can.

Can you say "letdown game" #2 for UT this season??  They played their tails off last week in a much tighter than anticipated game against FL now come home to play lowly Ohio.  How can they get up for this one with Auburn next week?  They already lost at home to an average team in UCLA and are a little banged up after their second straight loss.  I will wait on line to go over 21 then bet Ohio, Crompton continues to be average at best, maybe the play will be the under??

Yet again, if given the chance Kiffin will not hesitate to win by 40+...

Ohio has been unable to run the ball, and just gave up 230+ to Cal-Polytech on the ground.

They have the #104 ranked total offense, and a sub 100 rushing defense.  Their strength lies in passing, I for one am interested in seeing Monte Kiffin's defense against a team that may have to throw the ball 40+ times. 

If you decide to bet on Ohio, you are basically betting on whether or not Kiffin decides to try and work out Tennessee's passing game or just wants to run the ball.

If Tennessee runs the ball, this will be a blowout. Rumor here is that the back up QB may get some time. I will wait closer to game time to make this decision.

Chasmck...I'm thinking along same lines as u. TN has got to be emotionally spent after the huge buildup et all. However,if backup Qb plays and is any good at all TN could really put some pts .up. Crapton is a joke imo. With a half ass QB I think TN may have beaten FL. TN def. was on the field way too long. Have to look at closer.

IMO, if Kiffin runs the ball they will cover. You might have meant that I'm not sure, I'm slow sometimes.LOL Anyway, Your right about Kiffin, he wont hesitate to run it up. Also, "Boo" is out.lol. Anybody know about Ohios backup QB?. Gl to all

this is a home night game for tenn. after 2 straight losses, kiffin will want to put on a good show for all the fans to make sure they don't get too down on him. i think he trys to destroy this ohio team to prove a point that he has a good team. there is an ego to deal with here folks. hence all the jawing back and forth with urban after the game in the press.....

If Kiffin is trying to impress anyone and Crompton is in the game, he has 3-5 interceptions while trying to run the score up.  IF I am Ohio, I put 7-8 guys in the box and let him throw all night long.  Backup QB, same thing, when the young kids try too hard, they make mistakes.  Still leaning to Ohio here.
 
Kiffin had his chance to get the public behind him when UCLA came to town for the "revenge game" and blew it.  I, for one, am not sold on Kiffin, but I would hire his father!!

You can put Lane Kiffin in the Sarkisian, Spurrier fraternity (although Spurrier hasn't had a good QB/Offense for a few years now) where they are not afraid to put points on a team no matter how inferior the opponent. Sarkisian may have a heart, but he likes points as well.

Tenn loses to Florida and has Auburn next weekend. What would they care about OHIO? Tennessee will pull out a slight victory but no cover!
