I am a little nervous about this one.  Both teams had this past weekend off to rest and prepare for each other.  Bama didn't look to impressive against Kentucky in their last game, and Ole Miss did go into the swamp and beat a good Florida team.  I'm not sure what the spread is going to be, but I am probably going to take Alabama to win by 7...I hope

Total Ole Miss play here- the line should be overvalued for bama- especially if they are ranked 1 or 2.

Houston Nutt always coaches his team up for these kind of games and this will be no different, except they lose.

Bama a better road team than at home.  Look for Bama to win but not cover in a low scoring defensive struggle.

bought Ole miss to +14... Alabama will win this game.. but it will be close the whole way through.. They went to florida and played great and while Bama may be a better team than Fla.. Im not sure they are as explosive..  This is one of my biggest plays of the week

In conference and almost two TD dogs.......I'm putting Texas and Alabama on upset alert...........the BCS is gonna be a nightmare this season!!!  Oh, and if you didn't notice the last three times these teams met the game was decided by a field goal or less.

There was a lot of Shula-idis involved in those three games too. This is a different Alabama.

bama wins by 20... upset alert my ass not here... bama will be ready after a close one with ky...opponents avg 13 pts per game against this good alabama d... ole miss may put up 17 but bama will put up 35 at least... bama is this good ppl and very well coached... nutt wont have enough trick plays to even keep this close... if fla makes the extra point and wins in overtime then this spread is 17+... gamecocks handed them the game and still won by 7

Can't bet against ole miss this year cause i got to pull for them.  I hate to say it but i think bama is a good play here.  i hope im wrong.

i got bama at -12 last night.  i think they can pull of a 14 point win at home.

Be careful here.  Just like last night's TCU-BYU game, the money kept pouring in on BYU but the line went the other direction.  The books kept baiiting people to buy BYU.

Bama's getting a majority of the play but the line keeps dropping.  I'm taking Ole Miss here +13.5.  I think Bama wins but Ole Miss keeps it close.

Ole Miss is the play, im pissed I have to take only 11.5 but anything more than a touchdown and a field goal here is good for me.

Ol Miss covers easy and I may play the ML.  Other than playing one good half againist the Dawgs I have not been that impressed.  The Clemson win is not a big deal... and I like what I saw from Ol Miss in the Swamp and they played S.C. and Wake very close.  Good luck

I agree man. Nutt should be SEC coach of the year with what he has done with this horrible team from last year.

I am a huge fan of Bye week teams, especially in the SEC where they get banged up more.  Bama has had a week off, they are at home, and no way they overlook a teamm that upset Florida.  A focused Bama team beats a pretty good Ole Miss group and covers.  Due to the number of points, a two unit max is suggested.  Saban has this group playing hard nosed football.  Lay the points in this one.  Bama continues it's roll and wins by 17.
