Not on Mark this week. The only way I really see Mark winning is when he unloads with the fastest car and dominates practice, goes out and wins the pole, and flat outruns everybody for the entire race. I do expect this to happen at some point this year, but it will be with the #55 team. Also, running away from the field doesn't happen on 1/2 mile tracks.

If you think he's top 10 on Sunday then you may see some value in playing him against Carl Edwards who is only average at the Paperclip. I just think there are too many unknowns and that there are better matchups available.

Good luck to you whatever you choose.

Did anybody play that Martin over Edwards bet? I was absolutely shocked when I saw Mark was able to finish 10th after how awful the beginning of his race was and starting 30s. The old man just knows how to get around a track.

Absolutely Kouz. My dad and I became nascar fans together in the late '90s, and Mark Martin was always our driver. Probably the fondest memory of any sporting event I'll ever have is getting to see Mark Martin win at Chicagoland in 2009 with him in person. This was well after we'd kind of given up hope that we'd ever get to see him win while we were in the stands. I bought my dad a signed diecast commemorating that race that makes me smile every time I see it.
