Ok, so you skip the west coast races where chance of rain is minimal and maybe lower the number for good weather forecasts, or tracks with lights. The logistics wouldn't be that tough. Just make sure you have the most for places like Pocono, Michigan etc. No lights and all within a fairly small area.
