Rooting for Rags myself primarily cause of his Philly/Delaware connections with Mike Matz training.

Union Rags was the best 2yo last year despite losing to Hansen in the Breeders Cup Juvenile, and U-Rags is the most seasoned 3yo in my opinion. Union Rags = Derby winner

I dont think Leparoux whipped Rags once in the Fountain of Youth stakes. Anyone who wants to take a look at this beast here is a link

Union Rags will make it to the derby but wont win it imo..........he will destroy the field in the Preakness.

Hansen vs. Union Rags in the Breeder's Cup was a moral victory for UR considering he was wide for most of the race and still was gaining on the lead at the wire.

The trainer was just beaming about Union Rags' 3 year old campaign.  Do you think he knows he has a good horse?

Thanks for sharing that link  I never did get to see the race   he does look awesome . I went with calvins horse today and am alive in pk 3 but only played against  Rags cause he was 1/9  but see what happens in derby but I will pound the garbage out of him in  Preakness

I absolutely love the way UR is coming into this race, Didn't have to win last because trainers goal is to win the Roses I watched his late charge and it was the most impressive besides BODE AD performance.

UR will be my key play in all my exotics as there is no way he is not in top 3 much less top 2. I pray he is at 5-1 or higher That finish in BC Juve was the most impressive closing move I've seen of all these KD participants

With all the buzz now surrounding Gemologist and Bode you can guarantee yourself a minimum of between 6 / 10 -1.

Holy I would disagree. I haven't talked to a single handicapper on Gemologist. Just because he is undefeated doesn't mean he will take all the money. I'm sure battaglia will ML gemologist lower then Union but I'm sure there will be a lot of sharp money on Union because his supporters are not backing down. He was projected to be favorite all the way until Bode's monster performance so I wouldn't expect him to be any higher then second choice. What those odds will be I am not sure but around 5 or 6-1 would be my guess. Very close to Bode's odds

If thats true HB, the Derby will be paying very very nicely with UR in tris and Supers I don't see the GEM factor but I really love the hype surrounding those 2pushing up UR's odds

BTW, NC you notice that choir boy hitting 3rd in Rangers lineup, And his D out in center field. Word is with his hot start, there might be some behind the scenes contract negotiations to get JOSH signed long term. Man is that dude focused, funny how a wild night on the town can do that to a crackhead
