sp..I&#x27;ve been watching Angel Serpa @ TB &amp; he seems to have some live horses but something just doesn&#x27;t work out. I thought he had the best horse in the last on #12 Lady of the Nile or something like that &amp; he just got her going too late. In the 5th, he looks like he&#x27;s live on #9.&#xD;&#xA;What do you think of this guy?

Most of his wins do come on the turf, just hasn&#x27;t been his day today.  He gets a lot of Cibelli and Ness mounts which help his cause
