Problems with Heritage Sports cash back bonus...

Has anyone with Heritage, think that they didnt receive all thier money on thier cash back program ? it is a good bonus, and a great way to get back some of your loses. However the last quarter Jan. thru Mar. I only received a quarter of my usual cash back. Not to mention that I wagered the same way with MORE money. Heritage response was that they dont keep records of wagers or deposits. They delete them after a week...I know sportsbooks keep these things on file due to fraudulent claims, but I guess Heritage is different..... Has anyone else run into this problem ???

I have wagered with many different books and I think Heritage is the best, by far. Your cashback bonus is updated DAILY, so if you have a problem, why don't you call after the next day and ask. I have withdrawn $1,500 several times, many on the same day. Not one problem. Do you realize that money lines are parlays and teasers are not figured the same way as straight bets?
