Finished conference tournament with a win
Conference Record 11-7 (+7.75 units)
Hitting my big play helped a lot.
Few thoughts...
-People are really giving STL and VCU respect...semi surprised for STL. I had them beating Mich St last year and they were rather close, this year they wont sneak up on anyone
-Just because a team plays in the NIT or CBI does not mean there is any less reason to bet on their game...
Here are the teams still alive in tournaments:
St. Louis
VCU
Butler
LaSalle
Temple
Charlotte
St. Joes
Massachusetts
Richmond
I will be checking the games in the next day etc. I already have 1 play
VCU -7 (1.5 units)
I believe their explotation of Akron's lack of ball handling guard play now will be exposed. I expect a DD win. HAVOC will be too much here.
Leaning STL -9. I see a team that will struggle to score against STL's relentless D...they struggle to score to begin with anyway. STL should be able to DD win NMST fairly easily if they play well. Leaning UNDER 122 as well...
I need to see big man's deal for La Salle before I fade or play them. I am leaning to Boise St. La Salle has struggled as of late...should be a game with good guard play, but lack of size...should be fun to watch...
Also leaning Butler here...I know...it is looking like A-10 homerville...and maybe to an extent that is the case, but I like this match up for them and 3 pts is not that much...but I wouldn't go huge on them...
