I had a very lengthy write up two separate times but both times did not post so I am a little frustrated. If I have time I will be back but bottom line is that line on yet listed and I would put it at...
SDSU -13.5 and total (if any listed but I doubt it) of 145
I would lean under 145 or North Dakota +14 or so. BOL!

Well just got word that Troy Huff (the Fighting Sioux's second leading scorer and leading rebounder) is out of the game tomorrow. That is going to drive up the SDSU spread and total to almost not being able to play. I will post what it is when I know and any play (if I play anything) before tip.

Jacks have a chance to do some damage this season. Nagy is a very under-rated coach, always has the right guys for his style of play. You get to a lot of games? I always say I am going to the Summit League tournament in SF, but never get there. Maybe this year.

Malkin... he is the best basketball player I have ever had the chance to see on a daily basis. Going to be real sad to see him go after this year so making a point to never miss a game (when I can absolutely help it). He definitely is a stud!

jredmond... that sounds about right given the news about the second leading scorer being out for North Dakota. I was hoping for a greater adjustment than that and catching 20 plus points but might still play North Dakota in a game where the solid defense might keep it relatively close. I will post before tip tomorrow if I make a play.

CoverLane... I would take NDSU +18 in a heartbeat with many units but unfortunately this is UND. I am definately leaning this way but I will post tomorrow if I make it a play. By Williams are you referring to Kai Williams? He was always undersized but a hell of an offensive talent that is for sure.

Haha my bad on getting those North Dakota teams mixed up.
Yes sir -- Kai was an amazing player, I wish he was a seinor with Wolters this year. Team could do some damage, but I think Kai helped pave the way to where they are now.
Not a bad accomplishment for this school considering they were only brought into Div 1 a few years back right?

CoverLane... you are right indeed. He has some defensive deficiencies but like I said he was an amazing offensive talent. I really wish he could have played during this time and tasted this degree of sucess butfor people like Kai the Jacks would not have been able to make such a seemless transition from D2 to D1 ranks. The new recruits they have are good (not Nate Wolters good) but good all the same. I do not think they they are going away and will compete for many more years in the Summit League.

Line is now SDSU -18.5 and I see that only BetOnline has a line on the total of 136. Interesting really as that is nearly 10 points less than I put it at so linemakers definately think that this will be a low scoring game (by Jacks standards). I personally can never play an under this low in a Jacks game so I will not be playing the total. Trust me is a very unpleasent way of watching a Jacks game just begging that shots rim out as they rarely use the full shot clock. Therefore, no thank you on the total. The team total should be pretty interesting if you can find one. By my calculations it should be SDSU team total of 86.5 and UND team total of 49.5. This is of course assuming that the total is 136 and the spread is 18.5. What is interesting about this is that as I mentioned before the Jacks play an up tempo kind of game while North Dakota plays a slower paced game. That being said, South Dakota State should create a bunch more possessions for North Dakota due to the fact that they leave a lot on the shot clock and shot the ball well that I love the team total over. Add to the fact that since 2006 (well over 100 games during this time period) since South Dakota State employed their offensive sceme they have only held a team under 50 points 3 times for the reason I already indicated. Additionally, North Dakota has only failed to score 50 points or more 4 times in the last three years. I guess I will take my chances with odds like that if I can. Finally, I see Huff has been out now for the last two games and that has not effected them too much. They hung with Hawaii who I think South Dakota State is more like than say Northern Iowa (defensively I referring to) who destroyed the Fighting Sioux.
Therefore, if I can get a line on the team totals I would put 2 units on UND team total over 49.5 for the reasons stated above. If I cannot get that I am still leaning on taking UND +18.5 or hopefully better closer to tip. I will post prior to tip what my play (if anything might be).

I love how the Dakota's get so much action and love on this board. For some reason I have a thing for betting them too. I think most people have a real big thing for the Jackrabbits and know how good they are and have. Good shot of winning 30 games and earning like and 7 seed in the tourney. Not sure about taking -19 though. But Ive learned one thing if your scared to take the points take em. They want u to be nervous and stay clear or take the points. Done rambling. GL

That is because alot of members are from Canada or the Dakotas and tend to follow teams closest to our home. I would agree that the line is getting a little crazy and despite how bad UND is I think that is the play too. BOL!
