Yes they can.  Otherwise the money line would be absurdly big.   -400 isn't that much at all for the consensus #1 team coming off a 100 point game.

Kentucky hasn't played a team from Texas on a neutral court in like, forever.  I think Baylor's guard play will be a major factor.  They are outsized, giving Miller and Gilchrist open looks. It was scary watching these two guards penetrate and score so easily against IND, however Baylor's forwards are more experienced than i.e. Indiana's C. Zeller who was the only one down low to stop it, and he's only a freshman.  I watched Baylor dismantle Kansas, so it's definitely doable.
