i've watched EVERY final 4 and championship gm since 1987 and this is the LEAST talented national champion in basketball i have ever seen
go through it year by year in the late 80s, all of the 90's, all of the 2000's, and even last yr's Duke team
UCONN has the LEAST talent man for man that i have seen in 25 straight championships
All credit to Jim Calhoun and a WEAK field, but UConn was also lucky to not have to play any 1, 2, or 3 seeds along the way
One wrong statement here is saying UConn didn't play any 1,2, or 3 seeds. UConn beat a pretty talented and athletic San Diego St team which was a 2 seed.
UConn definitely has a lot of talent. It's just young talent. Lamb would not be drafted if he were to enter the draft this year but he is only a freshmen. By the time hes done at UConn he will definitely be drafted. Napier should also develop into a pretty damn good player. Just because they dont have 1 and done guys does not mean they don't have talent. You dont rip through the big east tournament beating 4 ranked teams in 4 days then run through the NCAA Tournament without being a top end talented team. Ludicrous post.

If Lamb is not a first round pick whenever he comes out, then teams are making a mistake.
Lamb is a first round pick when he comes out. I was talking to a Chicago Bulls scout and he said they would draft him this year if he came out in the 2nd round and he siad they thought Lamb is the most talented and best player on the team.

kemba has a great first step, but not a consistent 3 pt shooter, not a great defender, and has short arms which will really hurt him in the NBA, this is what the NBA scouts and gm's are saying

He reminds me of a VERY poor man's Scottie Pippen. If he were a couple inches taller he'd be top 10 material.

by far the worst final I've seen in the last 15 years. Butler lost this game... UConn did not win it shooting 35%. Butler shot an ameobic 20%. THAT is fucking sad!
At least I was able to cash in on 2nd half under.
