Going with San Diego ST to win the pool...

Everyone is going to have the popular picks like Ohio St, Kansas, Dukies, and they may even take North Carolina, kentucky just because those are well known popular ncaa teams that have won in the past.  im going to go with a bit less popular choice even though they are the number 2 seed, not many people know of San Diego St. They are not even a huge dog at +1900 to win the tourney so i think they are good choice to go with when everyone else will battle it out with the 'popular' choices.  Im really hoping im the only one in my pool that takes them to win out of the 25/30 people that are entering because if they win it all, im pretty sure i would win the winner take all pool.... 19-1 according to pinnacle they will win it all, and 25-30 people in pool probably..

 Name the last INEXPERIENCED team that went far into the tourney. Get a clue!!  SDST is a very good MWC team that shoots inconsistenly and will go down against a good defensive team. UNLV gave them fits and almost pulled off a couple of wins!!

yes i read that yesterday aswell and im hoping for a lot but there has got to be a reason why these guys are only 19-1 to win it all and they arent that popular obviously so im just hoping to get lucky. Everyone will probably have the big favs so im going to go with a less popular pick in SDS.

 there are always a couple shockers that happen in the ncaa tourney, anything is possible.. NO ONE predicted Butler to get to the finals, they shocked everyone..

and what about Gonzaga a long time ago? they had one year of NCAA tournament experience only in the history of their school  then they made it to the elite 8 4 years later and havent missed a tourney since.  Some of these teams that dont get into the tourney often can breakout, gonzaga is obviously an extreme case but this is the ncaa march madness, its crazyy. The landscape can change quickly except if you are Duke/North Carolina  for example which are huge schools and always have strong recruits each year.
