Rider/Niagra line move

Question

Why on earth would that line drop 2 points?  I liked rider to cover the open of 14 so I really got to like getting 12.  I&#x27;m guessing sharp action moved that line down( I mean who else would be betting on niagra) and I hate going against that but rider is having a great year...any one else think they win by 20?
