Hello everyone! Can't wait to get started tonight...for those unfamiliar with me, I made a post last night with a little information about myself, so if you want to know anything about me, it should be in my first post. Nonetheless, for a brief recap, I am a student at Cal. and will be posting my picks from now on since my buddy just referred me to the site. I have made a profit three straight years. I understand it's tough, but I am willing and ready for the challenge. Anyways, onto the picks...
1 unit=$50...Just for the record, since I am a student and do not have unlimited time, I usually only include a detailed write-up for my highest rated selection. Thanks for your understanding
5 Units- Providence(+10.5) over Villanova.
-Love the road dog here! This may not be the sexy pick, but I am very confident, as this is my highest rated play of the day. At first glance, a few thoughts will make you think Villanova is the pick. It's senior night. They can get a bye to the quarterfinals of the Big East Tourney. That is all good, but Providence is fighting for their LIFE! Yes, they beat Pitt and that was a huge win, but you are kidding yourself if you think Providence is a lock after that win. A win at Villanova would give them two big wins, one coming on the road. Providence is also coming off a win at Rutgers, and while that may not jump of the page, a Big East road victory speaks for itself. Anyways, sorry for the long write up, let's win with the Friars!
3 Units- Arizona (-4) over California
3 Units- Dayton (+10) over Xavier

BlueFin, yes I do. The NBA slate is light tonight, mostly would post all including NBA on this thread until the season is over... As for MLB, stay away from spring training, but once the season starts, they will be in the MLB forum.
