ATP Side of Things....A couple of them jumped out right away for me.
Djokovic -5.5 against James Blake. The way Djoker is playing this should be easy cash. 6-3 6-3 is all we need. Sign me up. He's been beating opponents routinely by 9-11 games this past month.
Devvarman either +4.5 vs Ferrer or Over 20.5 games. Devvarman is a tough kid, and I like his game on the Hard Court. He destroyed Starace and battled toe to toe with Raonic and prevailed. Obviously, Ferrer is one of the best at the return of serve, so Somdev will need to perform there, but I think he hangs tough in 2 close sets, and maybe forces a 3rd.

I think we've seen our fair share of upsets in this tourney and won't see any more. It is after all a Masters tournament, ATP 1000 so just one step behind the Slams.
The players who are hungry to win it and aren't head-cases or simply unfit have made it through to the second and third rounds. Now I feel seeds and favourites will prevail.
Which means players like Somdev, Rochus, Lopez, Berlocq et al aren't going any further.
However, one or two favourites have shown error-prone games and mental weakness. I'd keep an eye out on whoever is playing Soderling, Berdych, Tsonga. These players haven't been entirely convincing.
The Top 3 look ruthless and unbeatable. Bet against them at your own risk.
Good luck all

I agree HIT, Djoker looks ruthless....I made it my 1st Play for Day 6
Djokovic -5.5 vs Blake 2 Units to win 1.29 Units
**Game Line keeps rising, and may hit 6 or 6.5 by morning. The way Novak has been playing, I'm laying my money on him confidently to win 6-3 6-3 or better

**Somdev battled well in the first set, but as I said last night, with Ferrer being one of best at returning serves, Somdev didn't make the serves when he needed to. 9 Service games and was broken 6 times. 2nd Set had 3 30-0 leads on his serve, and lost each lead and game.
**Schiavone and Radwanska straight set winners earlier. Just need Zvonareva to complete the Parlay.

I agree with you. If I was a professional tennis bettor, I'd stay away from 2nd round matchups outside of a slam.
The 2nd round is the most unpredictable, especially when you have byes involved. You have players that have played through qualies or have already played the 1st round against a player that had a bye and possibly haven't played in a week. Plus, like you said, you don't know who is interested and who's not until after the 2nd round.
This week, I've done well in qualies and the 1st round. Gave it all back plus some in the 2nd round and doing better today in the 3rd.

Hey Tommy, Looks like Groth was watching Lucie Safarova. Her first service game: 20% 1st Serve and 3 Double Faults
Yeah, I don't get all the double faults in the Women's game. It's not like a 1st serve is even that much of a weapon for alot of these women to go for so much on the 1st serve. Just get it over the net and start the point already
