Here we go:a : LINE TO WIN b: LINE TO DRAWx : AMOUNT OF BET TO WINy: AMOUNT OF BET TO DRAWC :TOTAL BETy=  (a&#x2B;1).C      2&#x2B;a&#x2B;bx= C  - yGoing back to this morning exampleStuttgart to win &#x2B;1.2 = aDraw &#x2B;2.2 = bWe want to bet 100 = Cy = (1.2 &#x2B;1). 100  =        2&#x2B;1.2&#x2B;2.2y = 40.74x= 100-40.74= 59.26Betting the above mentioned amounts and given those lines you will guarantee a profit if the team you pick wins or draws.Hope it helps!!!

Thank you. People dont realize that an NTL bet can get pretty costly if it loses.

JTFinn had an example on a +100 and +250 win and draw NTL bet which worked out to some crazy juice...upwards of -350 to -400. i'll see if I can dig it up.

what&#x27;s the difference between this way and just betting the "double chance" option which includes the team you want win or draw?

if Team A is &#x2B;1/2 on the Asian Handicap, the book has already figured out the NTL for you...no brainer.&#xD;&#xA;if Team A is a PK on the Asian Handicap at say &#x2B;100 and the Draw price is &#x2B;250, then you have to use the above formula in order to guarantee you a profit if Team A wins or Draws...but beware, when prices are this low, the NTL is costly is Team A loses.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Sergio, again thank you.  Many think NTL is similar to a PK but it is way different.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;This Thread will definitely be bookmarked on my home page.

this is definitely a helpful formula but my question is how do you take the outputs of this formula to come to an actual "line" on the NTL...Know what i mean?  We know from this formula what to bet on the draw and the win respectively but how do you turn this into 1 number

www.absoluteodds.com&#xD;&#xA;click on calculator&#xD;&#xA;go to DOUBLE CHANCE and pop in yout 2 numbers (in decimal form)&#xD;&#xA;it does the work for you and tells you what percentage to bet on the draw and what percentage to bet on the ML

i like strategic threads but most books offer draw no play options or asian handicap options which also give you similar options if you want to just avoid a loss.

often if i fancy a team to get a point, they actually win outright anyway but i dont get that value if you bet NTL,

like everything, you have to pick your spots

would like to see more threads like that here instead of the same old plays by everyone
