TJ, I just didn't want to see you get boxed or banned for something like this.
At no point was I ever offended or disrespected. I know how fanaticism over a sports team can get out of control and turn personal when peoples prides are being challenged.

Joey, good on u for this BUT wtf is ur problem with the Portuguese? seriously, i am not one to get into this internet forum back and forth shit but ur hate on for the Portuguese is RIDICULOUS ! I am of Portuguese heritage and i understand the 'what should be' friendly banter between Italians and portuguese and all BUT seriously, u take it to a new level...u seem to absolutely hate! not cool man, I have many italian friends and we get along just fine, sure we poke fun at one another but when it comes down to it we are all the same, you'll find good and bad everywhere amigo, we're all part of a bigger race, the HUMAN race. I've been watching for a bit and this negative fixation you have with the Portuguese is ludicrous, I'm not defending the Portuguese as i have met plenty of Portuguese assholes BUT i would say i have met just as many Italian assholes...lol....whatever man, just remember this is only a game and does not define a whole ethnicity....

This is a good thread.. In regards to italy winning the whole think .. You should know better coz you spend a lot of time here there are more knowledgeable people here than. Your drinking buddies.. Just like the other day I watched the greece v germany in greek bar and all these ppl believed that they were about to beat Germany specially after the 1-1 goal.. Inside me I was like you ppl are stupid.. But the difference was I'm a bettor they weren't and I had too much info than they did, but all they had was pride. So its up to you stats or pride! Its sweet when both go your way.

Forza azzuri bro i live in montreal and theres been a rivalry between the italians and pourtugese ever since i was young (even tough they also supported brazil for some stupid reason) would be a dream final and even better if italy would smash them
