The media is blaming movies/video games…. seriously?

I watched segments on both CNN and FOXNEWS where they actually claimed that movies and video games are at least partly responsible for these shootings.  It is directly because of the media’s nonstop glorification of these horrific events that these psychotic losers are instantly turned into rock stars with over 100,000,000 people knowing who they are and the media is blaming this on movies and video games?

Un-fuckin’-believable.

Everyone knows that the higher the body count; the more the media covers the event and the shooter so it’s pretty much a motivation for those seeking notoriety to kill as many innocents as they can.

If you’re looking for someone to blame take a look in the mirror, a$$holes.

Just watched Commando where Arnold killed at least 50 people in 5 minutes. No school shootings back when that movie was released.

Too easy NOT to place blame on the parents.

No easy-to-understand rationale for mass shootings.  Theory of fame as an incentive to kill seems implausible for killers who commit suicide because they should want to live to enjoy the fruits of their labour. 

There are many other theories.   A famous theory is that watching violent entertainment DESENSITIZES people so that they won't resist urge to kill.  A more pluasible theory is that ANGER, pain or revenge makes people kill.  However psychologists claim the vast majority of homicides are caused by sane people and not those with mental orders.

I wasn’t totally dismissing it.

I was pointing out that the jackasses that are a huge part of the problem sit there with their crocodile tears passing out blame to everything and everyone except themselves.

Also, ya suppose this kid would have been able answer FF questionaire to apply for gun ownership? Heck no, he was taking anti psychotic medication and mommy knew it.

....Mommy was home schooling her creepy little introverted son that had either multi personailty disorder, Assburgers, Autism or all of the above. We don't know but seems apparent that he wasn't properly diagnosed. She was obviously a gun enthusiast and control freak. (How many women own a a Glock .40, Sig 9mm and a 223 AR-15 with at least a 15 round clip.

She spent good quality time with her kid at the range teaching how to handle semi autos. He had an aptitude for it and well...eventually the tiger turns on the trainer. Left the guns unlocked and this twisted mind rattled and was free to handle any of these weapons and ammo.

Way to go mom, good thinking.
