i think i saw this guy in AC and he said the same thing to the dealer and floor manager in a poker tournament

I'm on the Board of Directors for our Town Home Association and we've had plenty of legal battles (with our builder.....previous president who approved $65K of improvements to his home alone....vendors who did that work....you name it).  I'd have given my left nut to be able to do that in one of the depositions I've been a part of.

you have to respect this guy --because--he only said what we were all wishing we said the night after it's too late
