Not surprising. Public pressure means a lot (I thought he would go to trial if they had a snowball's chance). If they have the evidence and he is found guilty, he will get what he deserves.

I think Zimmerman dumped his lawyers because he is trying to play the act of a mentally unstable man.

I have a feeling that he is going to commit suicide. I hate to say it, but that probably would be the best end result for all of this.

If you were involved in a neighborhood crime watch committee, and an african-american boy did something suspicious, won't you take matters into your own hands? I know I would. No need to wait 10-20 minutes for the cops to show up.

Why do african-americans think they always should be the ones benefited in the country? After all, they were not the only slaves back in those times. Every single ethnic(s) were slaved at one point or another during the early eras. Including European, Asian, Spaniards, and countless other minorities.

Stories like this just make hate-crimes more prevalent.

Prosecution must have more evidence than what the public knows. This trial is going to be interesting.

I see a manslaughter conviction. Either way, George's life is done. He'll probably be placed in protective custody while he's serving his term.

A jury acquitted Casey Anthony.....who says Zimmerman has no chance?  All you need is reasonable doubt and Zimmerman was the only eyewitness.  The key is going to be whether his injuries were consistent with his story.....and whether the evidence supports his story that Trayvon tracked HIM down and instigated the fight. If the evidence shows Zimmerman&#x27;s story about how the fight came about was B.S., he&#x27;s dead meat.
