Sucks for that guy that this is getting so blown out of proportion. Just some drunk idiot who made a poor decision. Not sure it's fair to ruin his life by labeling him as a sex offender. Thoughts?

how does that lsu fan wind up there alone with no friends to help him out...

I remember when we were on buron street and a homeless man was passed out and people were having pics taken with him on the street..people are nuts.

It's easy to get separated on bourbon street. Few too many hand grenades can lead you to strange places. Last time I went to mardi gras i lost my friends and trekked back through the Ghetto by myself to Tulane. Not sure how I found my way back....it was scary

Simple solution.  First Orleans Parish DA gives said victim choice of pressing charges or if agreeable to victim, gives the perp the opportunity to "volunteer at a charity event" in which he returns to the city in the summer and allows the LSU offensive squad to teabag him directly following the first full pad practice.

I have seen people get tea bagged a few times. No big deal. If you can't handle your liquor sometimes dickheads fuck with you. I have woken up with sharpie all over my face and body many times. I'd rather get teabagged and not know it then have to spend an hour scrubbing that shit off hungover the next day. I'm just happy no one ever shaved my eye brows off.

I was at a party where this guy passed out and some people painted his cock blue...and zipped him back up.  The next morning, he went to take a shit and all you heard was screaming from the bathroom.  Everyone runs in there after he comes out and all you could see was this blue streak running into the bowl of the toilet.  

We also covered some drunk passed out moron with honey and emptied a down pillow case on him.  

If I were that drunk guy, I'd just take it like a man and let it go away.

this guy passes out drunk in a fast food place...rather than go to JAIL....for PI....he get's some jack-ass putting his nuts in his face.....AND....since he is unconscious.....doesn't even know it....I'm sure he would pick the latter if given the choice

and now the other guy is a sex offender for a stupid prank...that's been done countless times?

I can only assume this was iussued by the University of Akron athletic department.   Anyone who has ever met a typical Tide backer gave up hope on this front long ago.    On a good day, you might get 33% to act with class OR dignity, but surely not both at the same time.

it may not have been in good tastes, but like bookie said, it was a harmless prank... i watched an interview on television where they were interviewing a woman who was there and saw everything in its entirity. She said that the LSU fan was earlier outside the restaurant walking up and down the street cursing and starting fights with Bama fans, and even some LSU fans... The dude is lucky that everyone saw how drunk he was and just overlooked him, rather than hurting him.... And like someone above posted earlier... being the first one to pass out out parties is a bad thing... somethings going to happen

The courts should fine the man (just to save face for the cop) and then reprimand the cop behind closed doors (again to save face for the cop as they always do), and tell him to seek out a true pedophile instead of a tax paying citizen who simply had to relieve himself and who is directly funding his salary and the court operation.
