Nobody is responding to you because someone posted on this jan 2.  Almost a week ago.  Their not going to hold you if they think your a threat.  You have to speak bad about the gov. or make some kind of threat to someone.  Then you can be considered a terroist under the new law obama signed and yes the govt can hold you indefinatly and you have know rights as a legal citizen. It is a wonderful law UNTIL the wrong person has the power to utilize the law... The same way a gun is great for providing food for the family UNTIL the wrong "person" has it in their hands...

Not a good law at all.  BUT, does NOT apply to American Citizens.
