#3 Posted: 10/19/2011 7:12:43 PM So you went with the Android huh? I got my wife the iPhone 4s Friday and was gonna upgrade my droid but passed. Hands down the best browser to use is the Dolphin Browser.
I use Tango to video chat with my family in Ohio. It's a must have. NFL Sunday Ticket if you are a subscriber is awesome. The apps are endless. Congrats on the new phone bud. |

#5 Posted: 10/19/2011 9:20:07 PM any of the gametracker apps are awesome, (I like scoremobile for a variety of sports)
I also use my flashlight app (if you dont' have a flashlight phone)
colornote (I have 4 set up on one of my android homescreens, just a quick/easy notepad)
translate (translation software) dictionary (obvious)
For games, my favorite by far is super stickman golf. It friggin rocks. I also have a bunch of mind bender type games.
A better wifi finder is a must unless you have a huge data plan.
Those are the main ones now. I LOVE android. I am upgrading to a 16gb card, and starting to put tv shows/movies on there too. Enjoy! |

Any antivirus apps or are those a waste that slow up the phone?

cardio trainer- great for running. keeps track of your path, distance, and time.
directv app- if you have directv and dvr this is a must. can set your dvr from anywhere
silent mode app- not sure if this the right name but this allows you to toggle between silent mode, vibrate, and loud. |

You don't pay for any APPS - you can choose from a million themes (literally, almost a million) - it's basically the advantage of doing what you'd like to your iPhone... FOR FREE

#18 Posted: 1/17/2012 12:44:34 AM My Top 10:
1. Zedge - for all your wallpaper and ringtone needs 2. mp3 music - for all your free music needs 3. Advanced Task Killer - free, closes apps, makes phone faster 4. fancy widgets 5. If you bot the Samsung Galaxy II, make sure you open your Samsung App, in there are the best, sickest apps for free that you have to pay for in the market app. 6. Riptide GP - graphics rock 7. Lets Golf 2 HD - graphics rock 8. Samurai II Vengence - possibly the best game. 9. Talking Tom - just too funny 10. Around Me - tells you what's around you :)
Bonus - Fat Booth - just fun
Love my galaxy!

Yahoo! Sportacular is by far my favorite iPhone APP, ever.
The flashlight is worth getting - FYI.
Pandora is also one of the best as well.

YES - it voids out your warranty with your cell phone provider.
However - for any reason if it's needed to be taken in for any work or what not, then all you do is restore it back to original settings, and just upgrade to newest firmware, and go with the I upgraded my firmware and my garbage broke, excuse...

Them cell phone geeks behind the scenes are smart, smart dudes. They might be able to find out if your iPhone was jailbroken before, but to be honest, I'm not quite sure.
Jailbreaking is of course frowned upon by the Apple community, and the newest iPhone 4S has yet to release a jailbreaking software to jailbreak the new iPhone. But, most of the jailbreaking software came from Apple employees or former Apple employees. Nor here or there - jailbreaking is worth it - you pay for NO APPS and you are able to customize your iPhone to however you'd like.

Enter in your sports wagers and it sends you alerts to let you know if you are covering or losing. No more score watching. It also keeps in-depth stats of your wagering history.
It's a must have for anyone on this site. Only $2.99 |
