Map #5 for $10,000!!! Clue #1. I need help!

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a map. A radio station in my home town has a contest on and they have hid 9 maps in and around our town. Who ever finds the maps have 1 in 9 chances to win $10,000! They have just released the first clue to map # 5.

Map #4 was found in a Coffee cup in a tree! Damn.

I was right next to it looking in the trees but it was at night. I couldn't see much.

Clue #1: The eyes are always watching - picture of a kid looking out on a business
Clue #2: Images are not what they appear - Business name is Vogue Optical. optical allusion
Clue #3: Look to the hills - Chuchill Park, Statue of Winston Chuchill, see hills
Clue #4: take a break grab a coffee - coffee cup in the tree and next to coffee shop
Clue #5: You will never run out of time.... - theres a big clock in the park
Clue #6: wait to long and the hunt will be a bust - the statue is of his bust
Clue# 7: Betty two times - the statue was made by a Elizabeth and the street was called Elizabeth Ave
Clue#8: not at the rooms

I'm thinking a media outlet like a newspaper company or a news station.

New clue announced in just over 2 hours from now.

I disagree. I was within reach of map #4. I was next to the tree where it was found Tuesday night but I couldn't see it in the dark. The map wasn't found until the next day at 5pm. If I had my time back I would of went back the next day in day light and I would of found it.

Torbay is a town outside our city. so i'm guess they r telling us don't go to torbay.

donno what clue 4 could be. there is a town called middlecove next to torbay.

I know guys, sorry. It's hard and I'm living here lol. I don't know much about the outside cities.

Looks like someone might have found it. Lots of talk on facebook but nothing annouced on the radio yet.
