For those that didn't read the previous threads, there are several posters that had correctly wagered on The Miz to defeat John Cena at Wrestlemania 27 last night.
ATLANTA – In his first-ever WrestleMania main event, WWE Champion The Miz successfully defended his title against seasoned Show of Shows veteran JohnCena when WrestleMania XXVII Host Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson – still seething following Cena’s Attitude Adjustment on Raw six days earlier – hit the Rock Bottom on The Cenation Commander-in-Chief. This retaliatory act allowed The Awesome One to capitalize and score the pinfall.
It was 100% clear that The Miz won the match via pinfall and defated John Cena, thus cashing tickets placed on him. However, 5dimes incorrectly graded the wager as "cancelled." This isn't just a normal wager, as it was the first leg of a "rolling if bet" that should have paid over $2,000.
After calling customer service, they tried defending an obvious error. I was moved to another department that again tried dispute my claim. I was finally told to contact Live Chat and ask to speak to Tony, as he can settle this error.
I was told Tony wasn't available and that he'll be available tomorrow afternoon. Fair enough. As a long time customer, I would like to believe they will correct this error. We'll see tomorrow...

Please wait for a site operator to respond. You are now chatting with 'Daniel' Daniel: Hello. How may I assist you today? Mark: Hello. I had called earlier about an incorrect grading on a Wrestlemania match. The result of "The Miz" vs John Cena was graded as a draw, when the official outcome of the match was The Miz defeated John Cena via pinfall. Mark: The official results are now posted on the WWE website, https://www.wwe.com/shows/wrestlemania/ Daniel: All right, please also be referred to 5Dimes House rule about this Daniel: The winner of an event or game will be determined on the date of the event or game's conclusion according to house rules. 5Dimes does not recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, etc., for wagering purposes. Daniel: ...taken from: Daniel: 5Dimes General Rules Mark: That's fine, but this wager isn't applicable to any of those situations. Mark: The outcome as determined on the date of the event by the WWE is The Miz defeated John Cena, correct? Daniel: Here are the grading details for that particular wager: Daniel: Fight ruled a draw, overturned decisions are not honored for grading purposes Mark: Where do you see the fight was ever ruled a draw? Daniel: Getting particularly to this situation Daniel: Results will be graded/regraded based on the official result at ringside. A result may be revised or altered after initial presentation by the ring announcer. Results are not official for wagering purposes until verified by officials at the fighting venue. Official or unofficial sanctioning body overturns of a fight decision based on appeal, suspension, lawsuit, drug testing result, or any other fighter sanction will not be recognized for wagering purposes. Mark: Again, the fight result VERIFIED BY OFFICIALS AT THE FIGHTING VENUE was The Miz defeated John Cena via pinfall. Daniel: Sir, this is the final result by the wagering department... Daniel: ...so there is nothing I can do about this. Daniel: If you wanted to consult about this with our General Manager, you may be able to get at hold of him though live help chat(this via) during the day Mark: Who should I contact about this? I'm not understanding what exactly there is to dispute.. Daniel: There is only one general manager... you may let him know your concern, and continue this consultation with him Daniel: ..you may find helpful to have the ticket number handy Daniel: ...when contacting us back tomorrow Mark: Who should I contact? Daniel: The General Manager, sir. Daniel: Tony, if you're looking for a name Mark: Sounds good. What is the best time to contact Tony?

Daniel: Can't be sure unfortunately Daniel: ...usually during business hours Mark: Ok, will do. Daniel: Now.. Daniel: ..you can get to notice this was an overturned decision, after initial decision taken by the the fight official Mark: No, it was not. Read the rules you posted.. Mark: "A result may be revised or altered after initial presentation by the ring announcer." Daniel: Right... Daniel: Results are not official for wagering purposes until verified by officials at the fighting venue Mark: The initial presentation by the ring announcer was that there was a double countout. The revised or altered result (thus the official one) was that The Miz defeated John Cena via pinfall. Mark: Your rules support my dispute. Daniel: So even more you should be contacting our General Manager Daniel: In the meanwhile Daniel: Is there anything else I can assist you with? Mark: Doesn't appear to be much you can help me with on this issue. Thank you for letting me know the proper way to resolve this issue. Have a good night. Daniel: >.have a better one, sir. Mark: Well played.. Daniel: I'm sorry, what would you mean by that? Mark: It's a pop culture statement here in the US, like saying "good day" or "aloha." Daniel: Oh, all right, take care Mark: you too Daniel: Thanks

i went through bs like that on a first 10 minutes basketball bet. I had clearly won it and they refused to grade it a win. It wasn't even close either haha. Their wagering department said they had it on their video the way they ruled it and refused to change. They eventually changed it when a guy like tony got involved. I think you'll be ok come tomorrow.

I can almost guarantee that 5dimes or any other book will not have lines next year. Unless they made a killing off of it, then it will be too much of a hassle dealing with the WWE swerves.

Although I agree that they should grade these bets for the Miz as a win, the first official decision of the match was a no contest because of the double countout or whatever it was. So they are just standing by their rules. I don't think this decision by 5dimes is as bad as people are making it out to be. Ya, you got screwed, but blame it on WWE for being douches, not 5dimes.

The rules themselves though, as quoted by the guy in the above chat, reads clear as follows:
"A
result may be revised or altered after initial presentation by the ring
announcer. Results are not official for wagering purposes until
verified by officials at the fighting venue."
The final verification of the outcome of the match was that Miz defeated Cena. The initial presentation by the ring announcer was double count out. But it was revised/altered after that. How do we know that? Cause at the end of the match it was the ring announcer who announced Miz as the winner and still champion.

STOP! posting about this and get involved with a site that offers reviews about online gambling sites (the one with the forum). It is talked about often that Tony is an ass to deal with, so I would get someone with more pull than yourself to help.

The more I think about this, the more I believe that 5dimes' own rules compel the Miz to be graded a winner. They explicitly have rules that state that initial decisions "may be revised or altered" by the ring announcer, and that the results are not final until verified by officials at the venue. The verified results, on WWE's own website, lists Miz as the victor. 5dimes didn't grade this one until at least 15 minutes after the event concluded.
I'm really hoping that Lou can help me and walktheline in this situation. There's a legitimate case that Miz should have been graded the winner.

I dont understand why they don't just grade all of these wagers by the official results on the WWE website, all of the rules they grade by now are making things more difficult then it needs to be
