Hutch - how do you like living in minneapolis?
I love that area. Did some business there back in the day and always felt like it was one of the handful of places I have been that I would really like to live.
Do you like it? Cost of living?

Thanks. I understand this.... but the actual cost of gasoline is about 75% crude oil price, so if the answer is that the price is manipulated then I can accept that - but if it is a true market then I would think that crude oil prices would have a direct impact on gasoline prices.
But I do understand what you are saying - and it seems to be the popular opinion. Its just hard for me to understand that free markets wouldnt overtake some kind of pricing scheme set out by the few to the many on something this important to the economy...

Im drooling.
Exactly what I am looking for - and I can even go further out to be an hour or so from downtown to get a spot right on a lake.
I might be your neighbor one day.

Greenville is kinda like that. Plus, much less snow.
Bad thing is significant sports teams are 45 mins away or more, but at the same time I can go see Clemson, UGA, South Carolina, Georgia Tech, UNC, NCST, Wake, Carolina Panthers, and the ATL teams all within a 3.5 hour drive or less
Lake Hartwell is right arouond Clemson, and that's where they had the Bassmaster classic last year.
Pretty good spot I must say. Never thought I'd like it here this much when I moved on a whim.
