Big Line Movement in Iowa St - Tulsam crossing the border

My Book had Iowa St -1 for most of the week and late last night early this morning Iowa st-2. Right now the line moved to Tulsa-2.

However, that did get some respected money buying back Tulsa at the &#x2B;1 value and creating two-sided action on this game&#xD;&#xA;according to betdsi sportsbook. Late movement most likely means alot of action on a side

The majority of the touts are picking Tulsa and apparently alot of cash is going on Tulsa.

walters usually moves lines this much.. touts do not. there are sites that show every tout play and look at them daily outside of DR Bob who rarely moves them and RAS who always does no amount of touts on one side make a 4 point swing in football.. more than likely.. its billy. just my .02
