i've been tweaking this chili recipe for a long time and its right where I want it. I eat it with soft tortillas, rip them up in triangles and scoop with them. usually put some shredded mexican cheese on top, glop of sour cream and go to town.
let's kick this off with a smelly game. cuse has played some pretty good defense and I think they've played better comp overall than louisville. ville hasn't played a terribly tough schedule and I think Nassib and company can def beat louisville, so if I think they can win, mr linesmaker certainly thinks they can win, but looks as if the $ doesn't give them a chance? I'll take a shot:
Syracuse +2
UVa is coming into to this game with a little momentum after dismantling the wolfpack. they are fighting for their post season lives so you can bet the kitchen sink will be coming at miami. uva has beaten them in the last few years and although 3-6, their defense has been pretty stout. at first glance I think you would jump all over Miami in this situation, but take a closer look as to what has actually been happening with these two teams the last few games. In the Cavaliers' last four losses, the offense has more yards than the opposition's. Conversely, the Hurricanes have been outgained in three of the team's five wins. line makes a little more sense now and there seems to be quite a bit of $ on miami, yet the reverse line move in effect. hooooos.

Im looking for both offenses to run the show in this one. UNC tends to have their offense in gear more so at home than on the road and Fedora and crew's first crack at this GT option, I like the offenses to control the game.

whomever plays qb for michigan today, i'm ok with. northwestern has trouble stopping the long ball and mich d line wears teams out by the end of the game. they play bend don't break defense about as good as you can and the northwestern stalls in the redzone, I like how this sets up for michigan to be stout on d, behind their crowd and take over in the 2nd half. Michigan beat the shit out of them last year and I think they will do it again:
Michigan -8
gross, two 4-5 teams here and i'm banking on the one SEC without a win, to do all they can to get it, especially against a new member. I have to believe that Tenn can take care of that business today for their own pride. Mizzou d is alright, their offense is struggling and just overall banged up. Tenn gets their first SEC win today:
Tennessee -3
back with more later, good luck all. almost bowl season!

glad to see someone finally on Michigan....not playing this one, but the number has dropped enough that there has to be value at -8.... Like the Cuse' and Tenn plays also... GL Charlotte

this is probably about as good a time as any to gram some $ against alabama. off of that emotional, hard fought lsu game, just coming off that game alone should be enough to play against, but their opponent isn't too bad. now they haven't beaten the two other beast defenses in lsu and fla they have played, but they were able to have success. I think tex am has enough skill and talent and good enough on defense to keep their offense in it.
Tex AM +14 -115
well, why not?

troy on a run of 4 straight overs and fresh off a near 100 pt game at tennessee. since navy made the switch at qb they are more potent and with these two qb's i think they will have the offense marching up and down the field on each other.

I think Nebraska has a big day here. their defense is so much more hyped at home and they can really tee off on a stand in the pocket qb, on the other side, penn st defense will not have that luxury and martinez will be a tough out for them today. he made mich st stout run d look stupid last week, i don't see penn st stopping him.

nebraska playing soulless football right now....pisses me off
going to try to catch a little break on going against LSU after that hearbreaker last week to bama. emotional as emotional can get for some young kids and now they have to dig right down and bring it again, i'll take the cushion and see if miss st can't find a little bit to keep this one in tight for 4 qrtrs. they both thought they could win the sec earlier this year, but now neither can. but this is still a border rivalry and i think this will be a good game.

No SEC opponent has been a more welcomed sight over the past five years
than Ole Miss. Vanderbilt has won four of the past five games, including
its past two trips to Oxford. Vandy has a stingy run D and I think they are the better team here. Vandy is hot and should have built some confidence coming into this one as they try to win 4 in a row for the first time for Franklin.

lots of familiarity with both teams as Price was the OC at memphis for the last 2 years. Tulane will rely yet again on quarterback Ryan
Griffin. The redshirt senior has stepped his game up in the last four
games, throwing for more than 1,600 yards, and breaking the school’s
single-game passing record in consecutive games against
Alabama-Birmingham and Rice with 466- and 476-yard performances. I'll take my chances with the red shirt senior qb.
Tulane +1
UCF is having success on both sides of the ball. The Knights' offense
ranks third in Conference USA in points (36.7) and fifth in yards
(418.8) per game. UCF fields the conference's stingiest defense,
allowing 20.9 points and 343.7 yards per game. UTEP (2-7, 1-4) has struggled on offense this season. The Miners'
averages of 369.1 yards and 19.1 points per game rank ninth and 11th in
the 12-team conference. UCF has outscored its previous three opponents by
a combined total of 131-51. Their only losses on the season came courtesy of
Ohio State (31-16) and Missouri (21-16). UCF wants to stay perfect in the conf and I just don't see utep getting in their way or slowing them down, too much talent on the other side of the ball.
UCF -13
toilet bowl match up here but UNLV ended a five-game losing streak on Nov. 3 against New
Mexico, beating the Lobos in a blowout, 35-7. In that win, the Rebels
racked up 530 yards of offense, including 241 rushing yards on a
10-yards-per-carry clip. UNLV is slowly improving offensively under
Bobby Hauck and freshman quarterback nick sherry. colorado st has struggled all year, using 3 diff qb's and are fresh off a border war loss to wyoming. will take the team off a win vs team off a rivalry loss.
Unlv -1
