Nice backdoor cover on Utah, gave it back on fucking Georgia Tech and fucking Dabo fucking Swinney. Fuck Clemson. Anyways, on to this week.
week six:
sides: 6-5 (+0.65 units)
totals: 2-0 (+2.0 units)
overall: 8-5 (+2.65 units)
YTD
sides: 31-22-1 (+7.47 units)
totals: 6-2-1 (+3.85 units)
ML parlays: 0-3 (-3.0 units)
overall: 37-27-2 (+8.32 units)
Already hit two early numbers this week:
Akron +20 at Ohio. Ohio has been not covering DD spreads two weeks in a row. I'll bet on them not covering again. Akron is a live dog with that pass game.
Oregon State +3.5 at BYU. I had this game inside a FG either way. Oregon State is going to lose at some point, but BYU is not bossing this game.
Leaning to Washington at DDs and Louisville at under a FG. And maybe Stanford at over a touchdown. Also lean under anything above about 35 in Provo.

And answer me this. How is WKU giving under a FG at Troy. Is there any reason for me to have not already played this? Home dogs on weeknights have been money, but WKU is a whole lot better.

Stanford +10. I think Stanford is a little overrated this year, but I still think they may be comparable to Michigan. Shouldn't be getting DDs, that's for sure. If it drops to around 7, I might hit it the other way.

You'd be saying the same thing if you were on the wrong side of that one. I guess the lesson is that Dabo will run the score up if he can, so plan that into capping. Because apart from the tendency to go for a TD up two scores with 30 seconds left, I'm pretty sure I'd capped that game dead on (back and forth, neither defense able to handle the opposing offense, close in the 4th quarter).
BOL, Boom. Think anybody else can nab Florida State and get Clemson back in the title game, or was that their one WTF of the season

I'm thinking Stanford covers as well. Thought the Beavers would come in as favorites. Not sure how up they will be for this one as it's non-conference. I may pull the trigger on BYU. They have a good D, just not sure they have the O.
Good luck this weekend.

Well, that one didn't turn out so good. Put in a few more before I go to bed.
Notre Dame -7. Just buying back a bit of my Stanford +10 bet earlier. That was a line play, and I was hoping to get a middle chance on 7, but I'll take a chance to win one and push the other. Expecting a one or two score game.
OSU/BYU under 37. Sometimes unders on low totals are just smart. Not sure how either team scores. And if people do start scoring, I think the Beavers come out on top, so I cash my Oregon State +3.5 that I made before Mannion went down.
Boise State -7 vs Fresno State. They may not be the same Boise, but they always seem to play the game of the year against Fresno. I'll bet on that trend holding.
Colorado State +22.5 at SDSU. CSU isn't as bad as Hawai'i. Hawai'i is puretrash. Bad enough that I considered fading them as a home dog to New Mexico. And the CSU/SDSU series seems to produce close games when it has no right to.
Louisville -3 at Pitt. Call me a sucker, but I'm in the tank for Louisville this year, and I think they get it done on the road. Coming off a bye, revenge from last year, and a great coach.
Washington +13.5 vs Southern Cal. Don't they always do this?
Washington State +7.5 vs Cal. When you don't know what to do, fading Cal on the road off a big win is a nice play.
Other plays, for reference:
Akron +20
CMU -2
WKU -2
Leans to Iowa State and Alabama, but I'm not sure I like either one at the current line.

Guess I should've waited on Louisville and Washington. I always seem to get a couple shitty lines every week.
When I see both Sizzle and bgk on a play, I should probably look at it. they're both on Pitt, so I guess I'm just being a dumbass on that one. I like Louisville still. But they're making me look at Iowa State and Indiana. The trouble is that I would've played Iowa State at 7, but it's at 5.5 now, and I don't think I can trust them there. The Indiana line is probably good value, but I just have memories of the Ol' Ball Corch at Florida running up scores to cover the spread.
