That way he can play right away and enter the draft ala Janoris Jenkins. Sad either way as a college football fan this guy was arguably the most exciting player last year. On defense and punt return, the guy was electric.

I do not advocate breaking the law, but this is college and college kids smoke weed. Two failed drug test doesn't warrant a dismissal. Now this kid is stuck with no where to geaux. MLB and NBA don't even test for weed.
