I'm kind of surprised.  I thought he would look a little better than what's being portrayed in this article.

If all those media guys think he is that bad, he'll probably have a pretty good career. 

One guy says "His throwing motion was elongated" and another says "Moore has a short throwing motion"

I was working quite a bit while the Senior Bowl was on, so I reaaly didn't see how KM did yesterday.  Anyone have an opinion after watching him?

Brandon Weeden looked like shit throwing 2 ints

At the 3 practics I attended, I thought Weeden looked like the best of all the QBs.  Again, I didn't really focus on the game much, but from what I saw, it looked like Weeden played the least out of all of the QBs.  Have no idea if that's true, but that was just the impression I had.

I agree that 2 picks in 9 attempts in not real impressive.

Other than fumbling after his first reception, I assume he looked pretty good.  He ended up with 133 yards receiving on 8 catches.

Both Adams' did very well...

This is basically an NFL skills contest...geared to guys like Weeden and Foles   
Moore's greatness was in his ability...
to audible....to quickly read D's/make decisions....(arguably as good as anyone has ever done it)...and throw the ball BEFORE his receivers make their breaks

here with only a week or so to adapt to his receivers.....with reads simplified...(I'm sure little to no audibles)...and faced with an NFL passing/route tree...tough for him here
   *Boise designed their O around his skills....that's why you seldom saw him look uncomfortable throwing the ball....the long wind-up on an occasional deep ball notwithstanding
 
Just like your boy McElwain did with AJ the 2nd LSU game....as you have probably figured out...he looked like twice the QB not because he was twice as good...but because his reads were simplified and throws geared to his strengths..

Well, Kellen Moore still did better than me and I only got to state 4A championships (in the South)...and he has done better than most of the rest of us....

I love talking heads....it's like 60 yr old Skip Bayliss and 50 yr old Colin Cowherd thinking  they are ripped gym rats and calling Kellen Moore a skinny, Nerf-throwing, 2nd Stringer in Pop Warner.

Just a lighter opinion of all this...give the kid a break. Tim Tebow and him can both marry my daughter at the same time.

funny thing is reports are all erroneous for these practices.  I have heard Mike Adams being talked about as looking like the best lineman there, while others say he is a 3rd or 4th rounder because of inconsistency.

another example is jeff fuller, i have heard most disappointing wr by far, to the one guy who helped his draft stock the most.  

weeden from the best qb by far in practice all week, to struggling in the game dropping his status.

nobody knows and nobody is saying what they really feel.  welcome to the nfl draft process

My opinion on Kellen Moore is that he's the best thing that ever happened to BSU...beyond that...the jury is out.  I don't think he has the size for the NFL...but...he may be smart enough to overcome it.  I won't be amongst those that count him out.

I'll guarantee you that he'll beat the shit out of nearly anyone on this message board at:  football...basketball...volley ball...ping pong...lawn darts...golf...billiards...take your pick.
