This is how football is meant to be played. I'd rather watch one spectacular defensive performance like this than 100 games like Week 16 Lions/Packers. Everyone is so obsessed with yards and touchdowns. What happened to, "defense wins championships?"

Football is meant to be played with inept play calling by lsu, no adjustments whatsoever, trying to run a terrible option play over and over and over again ? I disagree that this is the way footballs meant to be played. Worst offensive performance i've ever seen by lsu.

We are watching one of the most impressive, dominate, performace in history, don't give me that horseshit that ,, LSU is just playing horribly, it's not that Bama is that good. or the playcalling is what is causing this,,,, LSU has as many blue chippers as any school in the country, and OH YEA,, they're undefeated and #1 coming into this,,, THEY ARE ABSOLUTLEY GETTING STONEWALLED BY ONE OF THE BEST D"S WE HAVE SEEN. I won't forget this game for a long time.

We should be talking about how lucky we are to have witnessed one of the greatest defensive performances in college football history (and on the biggest stage of the season!) Just freaking incredible. I won't forget this either. This Alabama team has something that nobody else has: a shutout in a BCS game!
