Pretty bad season ATS. Didn't hit any of my conference futures (except VT) or GOY lines either. Kinda owned season win totals though. Went 4-1, with wins on Nebraska (under), Stanford (over), UNC (under), and Arkansas (over). Only loss was Tennessee, and I'm pretty sure that one would've been a win if not for injuries/suspensions to the three best players on the team.
Anyways, this week is the worst of the year on the academic calendar, so I'm not capping games right now. But I am posting teams that I might want to bet or fade. Discussion welcome.
*Fade TCU? Poinsettia Bowl one year after a Rose.
*Fade Arizona State. This team has just been awful down the stretch, and they then fired their coach. I don't know that he's popular enough for a "send him out a winner" game.
*Bet Missouri. They've been underrated all season, and they should show it now that they finally get to play an unranked team.
*Bet Louisville. That team is on a roll. HUGE fan of Charlie Strong.
*Fade Oklahoma. I don't see how they get up for this one after spending time at #1 this year.
*Bet Iowa. They always seem to show up in bowls. Oh hey, it looks like there's one matchup I really like.
*Fade Texas A&M. Wow, have they tanked.
*Fade Georgia Tech. The enemy of the option is time. GT is an auto-fade in bowl games until they prove otherwise.
*Fade UCLA. I also might like to fade Illinois, but not as much. Is the Zooker coaching the bowl game?
*Fade Oregon. Increased commercial time in bowl games really hurts their lightning-paced offense.
*Fade Oklahoma State. I know a BCS bowl should be exciting, but they had their sights on higher.
