I lost a bet on Houston earlier this season, so it's certainly not impossible.

Southern Miss is a team that is very familiar with Houston. I definitely don't think this game is a blowout, Both of their losses were bad losses on the road, however, so that certainly favors Houston. If I could get 14 with Southern Miss (which I don't think will happen), I would probably make a small play on the Golden Eagles.

I have Houston this week, so I cannot argue too much with you. But as someone above mentioned, I would also have took So. Miss if they had reached +14.5. I am confident that Houston will win, but I am not completely assured that they will cover. Southern Miss is a good team..., yeah I know everyone was saying that about Tulsa, but really Houston played an incredible game (which I had them -3). But 3 is a far more reasonable # than 12.5-13. Anyways, I hope your right, and Houston rolls... but I have a feeling this will not be a blow out.

Southern Miss should get in thr 40s in this game. Against Houston, however, that may not be good enough to cover. This game has 100+ points written all over it. OVER whatever is probably the best play here.

IT WILL BE A BLOW OUTsome thing u and jummydafreak are missing, for the most part of the season Houston Deffense has looked like crap, every team scored like theres no tomorrow on them ..... but that has  changed... Houston now its more dangerous than ever because their Deffense is playing well right now, they just allowed 7pts to SMU and 16 on Tulsa, on we already know Keenum doesnt need to posses the ball 45mins  Houston only needs 15mins of possesion in an entire game to score 50&#x2B;pts , so game clock management wont work for somiss, .....and speaking about deffenses---somiss was allowed to many pts to the bottom feeders of thier conf----wich happens to be the leagues bottom feeders --- and ive seen them playing lately and are just rubbish So miss wont score 20pts on hosuston and coogs will in the end hang 40&#x2B; on the golden pigeons

On the other hand Southern Miss very familiar with Houston, and have avergaed about 50 ppg against the Cougars over the last 3 seasons.  The Southern Miss defense is also easily the best defense Houston has seen all year.  I still think both offenses will be able to score a bunch here.&#xD;&#xA;I haven&#x27;t advocated a play on Southern Miss.  All I said is that I would probably make a small play on them if I could get 14 (which isn&#x27;t happening).  Other than that, I think the very public and square play of the OVER is probably the right side, and the best play.

^ what he said.You gotta think, Houston didn&#x27;t fold last week when they played a tough Tulsa team IN Tulsa, and even after a close first half. I just don&#x27;t see them folding here when they&#x27;re playing for the conf. championship in Houston. The only games where Houston didn&#x27;t win by a bunch were early in the year when the offense didn&#x27;t click like it does now. Houston has no reason to not wanna score recklessly on these guys, which they will. Davis is also not the QB that Keenum is, so scores will not come as easy for them. Davis has almost as many pass attempts this season as Keenum, but also has 10 INT&#x27;s thrown compared to Keenum&#x27;s 3, significantly less passing yards, and 20 fewer TD&#x27;s. Houston rolls here. Houston doubters need to wait to make the anti-Houston money, because if it happens this season, it&#x27;s not going to happen here.

Houston is the only one who had a few questionable calls go against them but anyways he also said the C-USA refs this week are in on a fix of this game to get C-USA a big payday by getting into a BCS bowl but i don&#x27;t believe C-USA  refs even official the C-USA Championship game.
