ASU is sort of the desert version of Clemson and Cal - capable of freaking anything at any time and great at underperforming expectations when they're supposed to be good. I bet them at -7, but a Mizzou win wouldn't exactly stun me.

My thoughts on the game are a quarterback in his second career start is going to get worked in ASU. It seems likke people are so easy to forget whatg ASU did at home last year and what they did defensively against some great teams. It may not be the same defense, but to just count a team out because you think another team is great value with no reason is assanine. Try posting up some proof on why you think they're better, is it because covers likes ASU because thats not true, is it because the line opened at 7 and then jumped to another key number - not exactly the smartest of plays.
Fact is most people still see that number next to missouris name and think they are better, people also see nothing ASU has done to prove they are that good. Exactly how good do you have to be to win by 10 points against a Bottom of the barrel Big 12 team. What makes everyone think ASU is only a middle of the road pac 10 team, 1 week where no one in the south showed a damn thing. People make me laugh, all you have to do is look at production and right now ASU is producing and missouri is not, yes its only 1 game but in that 1 game there were tons of questions coming out of missouri where as the only thing ASU was worried about was a real test.
ASU could easily surprise the south, they play at utah and at oregon. Everything else is looking like a cake walk based on what has been shown so far. No one will believe in ASU until they beat Utah, til then they are a middle of the road pac 12 team. Sad fact is a middle of the road pac 12 team is probably more then capable of just destroying a bottom tier big 12 team. Missouri is scaring no one this year, people thought they were underrated going into this season, cause yea a team in the top 25 that shouldnt be is someone I'd call under rated.
Do yourself a favor if you actually like Missouri after the line going against them and their lack of ability to sustain drives or get first downs on key plays then just sit back and watch this game. They could win, they could cover but there is absolutely no reason to bet on this team with so many great games tomorrow. Why risk it if youd on't know what you're talking about, because they're on TV?

James Franklin has more to prove. He will be going big tonight.
I don't doubt he has more to prove but the kid looked like asshole at home against a MAC opponent.
ASU isn't great, but their D is much better. Mizzou going on the road and having to deal with that?
At +10 now the Tigers could definitely cover. I wouldn't feel safe on a side either way at this line. Have ASU in a teaser at +5 but I don't see how Missouri wins this game unless their defense creates multiple turnovers.

ASU QB only has like 2 more total starts than Missouri's QB..
not exactly a rock solid option either..
Osweiller may have only 2 more stats but those starts gave him some solid experience against pac-10 rivals, plus he has more in game experience, he is a junior seems like he understands how the offense works and fits well into the system. He helped lead ASU to a big win at UCLA and a big win against an in state rival, if that's not solid experience I dont know what is.
