Kentucky @ WKentucky....Syracuse pending.....brief writeup and play

Kentucky from the SEC vs. W.Kentucky from the Sun Belt...I could just leave it there, but here is what I see for this game.

Kentucky is BIG on the offensive line and will push W.KY around on offense.

New QB doesn't bother me with Newton being a very good athlete and has a strong arm. He's had some experience playing in 09 and 10...in 09 he went into Georgia and threw 3 tds and they won the game.

Kentucky was 4th in the SEC in total offense, protected the QB with #2 rank in sacks allowed.

WKY does have 20 returning starters, but that's not necessarily a good thing for a team that only won 2 games and the highlight of their season was stopping their own 26 game losing streak.

Bobby Rainey RB for WKY is going to need a very good game to keep this game respectable. Their entire linebacking corps is gone, but that could be a good thing.

WKY doesn't do much on defense. They only had 10 sacks all season and couldn't stop the pass.

Keep in mind that I haven't capped these games, but I do like Michigan to win big at home. I think Denard Robinson will shine under this new offense and won't have to carry the whole team.

Defensively Michigan tanked last year, but they are a veteran group and can see them shutting down Central Michigan. BOL
