Ohio state- Kudos to Joe Paterno as he notched win #400 last week. It is a good thing he got it last week, because Penn State is not winning here.The Nittanys have a decent team, but the defense is down from the past couple years as they have allowed 21+ to all of the BCS Conference teams they’ve played, and the offense is way down. On the road this season they are just 1-2, losing on average by 10 points per game! The Buckeyes are 11-1 ATS in their last 12 at home, while Penn State has not made good as a road dog of +10.5 or more as they are just 2-8 ATS in their last 10. (Risk 3 units)
Navy- 76 points last week. Are you serious? The Midshipmen are back at it again, running the triple option to perfection, producing nearly 300 yards per game. Central Michigan has been a turnover machine this season. Since playing Temple and Northwestern tough early, the Chips have lost their edge and confidence. So much so, that they lost three straight games as a double-digit favorite outright by a total of 24 points. I like Navy to win and cover. ( Risking 3 Units)
