This should be a great MAC West game on a Tuesday Night!!! Look for Toledo's backup QB Terrance Owens to play well in this game. I am from Toledo and after seeing him fill in for Austin Dantin he is the better all around QB. The winner of this game will control their own destiny for MAC championship game. I think Toledo getting 11 points is too many. I do believe N.Ill will most likely win this game but basically being a championship type game this should be within 7-10 points. N.Ill has been hot as of late,and should win this game at home. Toledo has also improved drasically on the defensive side of the ball. They are far from "good",but have improved greatly with Coach Beckman at the helm. I think this game will stay under 50 with Toledo trying to control the line of scrimmage and running the ball most of the night. here are some things i found on this game so take this for what its worth.

- The winner of the Toledo-NIU game will be in control of its own destiny in the MAC West Division race. Toledo has home games remaining with Bowling Green (Nov. 17) and Central Michigan (Nov. 26). NIU has road games at Ball State (Nov. 20) and Eastern Michigan (Nov. 26).
- The victory over EMU on Oct. 30 gives Toledo six wins and makes the Rockets bowl-eligible for the first time since 2005.
