Seantrel Henderson

Rumor has it his first choice is Ohio State.  He is also looking at USC, Iowa, and ND strongly with Minn as a longshot.  He will be making the decision on Feb 3 on some CBS selection show where he will be honored as the nation's top recruit. 

Ohio State will be loaded with or without him next year. 

Can't wait.

He's day dreaming about life on the coasts with USC, Miami and Florida

But in reality its between Ohio St. and Notre Dame

With Ohio st in the lead...expect him to be a buckeye

First rule of any program is lock down the borders. Any worry in Buckeyeland about this?

I am still getting worried here.  I would love to have Seantrel as I think the Buckeyes can win the whole thing next year.  I am not too worried about losing some top Ohio recruits as some have alluded to.  I think Texas would be appealing to anyone given the program, women, and weather.  It would be nice to have all Ohio recruits intend to sign at OSU, but there are still Pittsburgh fans in Cleveland, so I know people make their own choices.

Has Lane Kiffin pulled off another coup? After weeks of hearing that Ohio State was the leader for five-star OT Seantrel Henderson, reports are now starting to surface that Henderson will announce for USC later today. In fact, the St. Paul Pioneer-Press says that the Buckeyes have fallen to third in the race for Henderson, behind the Trojans and Miami. (Maybe his parents' desire to live in warmer weather -- they are moving with Henderson to wherever he ends up in college -- turned out to be the deciding factor.)

There is one big caveat to all of this: The Feb. 21 NCAA hearing on possible infractions committed by USC's football and basketball teams. The Pioneer-Press says that Henderson could commit to the Trojans but hold off on signing his letter of intent until after that hearing, just in case USC faces bigger sanctions than expected.

If USC is going down then they are gonna go down in flames.  Sounds like he is going to announce USC.  Good choice kid, welcome to the sanctioned world of USC.
