Rumor has it his first choice is Ohio State. He is also looking at USC, Iowa, and ND strongly with Minn as a longshot. He will be making the decision on Feb 3 on some CBS selection show where he will be honored as the nation's top recruit.
Ohio State will be loaded with or without him next year.
Can't wait.

odd time to talk buckeye recruiting.......on heels of one of worst classes in years (at this point).....with Ohio's top player going to Texas.....(Hicks)
gotta be favorite in 2010 to be in title game.though......AND.... SEC / B12 teams will have a hard time going undefeated .......> buckeyes/boise ???......buckeye/duck rematch ??
It is better to be feared - than to be loved.

There is no longer "next year" for Buckeye fans.
We fully expect to see a title within the next 2 years.

no wonder buckeye fans are confused.......as the lack of offensive IDENTITY.....seems to be a problem....when....."we're gonna run it up/over your ass......throw when we need to".... was it.....FINE now?.....check out these #'s.....
Pryor (passing)....in the big games...... mich 53% 67 yds 1 TD /1 INT iowa 82 93. 0/0 penn st 47 125 2/0 wisc 38 87 1/1 usc 44 177 0/1 ducks 62 266 2/1
BUT......you say ....at least we're great running team....not really....vs WINNING teams you averaged 3.85/rush !!!
KEY....probably ....once great OL is ALSO confused .... great stat is TFL allowed.......(tackles for loss) vs ranked teams....(can we block the elite teams? >> that can bring heat) '06.......ranked #6..... '07.......#55 '08.......#73 '09.......#75 .......in 5 games allowed 36 TFL (318 plays)......SO....you can't basically run 10 PLAYS......without getting tackled for a loss ??????.....WTF?......(vs ranked)....others not much better though
check out how your passing game has declined since '05 * vs WINNING teams only '05 65% 11 TD/3 INT 8.4/attempt '06 65 12/4 8 '07 61 11/11 7.3 '08 59 11/5 7.5 '09 57 6/4 7

EVERYBODY knows .....lol......until the VEST brings in someone to run the offense......gonna struggle ..MIKE LEACH !! .OR......in a few years as most all defenses will have changed over to a scheme to stop spread.....meaning 3 man fronts....5 DB's....smaller/faster LB's....bucks will be back in business ....in a big way....personally ready for that to be now

Obviously you hate the Buckeyes...and I understand that.
I'm sorry you hate them so...I am not talking trash saying they are the best, but we expect a lot this year.
Don't really wan't to argue, just soak in the RB victory and enjoy myself as much as possible knowing football is over this Sunday.

I'd focus on your Rose Bowl win as well. Especially if the alternative was to focus on your team's 2010 recruiting class. Your boy Tressel let the poachers have a field day in Ohio this year. The pain will be felt a couple years down the road. Unavoidable really.

I am still getting worried here. I would love to have Seantrel as I think the Buckeyes can win the whole thing next year. I am not too worried about losing some top Ohio recruits as some have alluded to. I think Texas would be appealing to anyone given the program, women, and weather. It would be nice to have all Ohio recruits intend to sign at OSU, but there are still Pittsburgh fans in Cleveland, so I know people make their own choices.

Has Lane Kiffin pulled off another coup? After weeks of hearing that Ohio State was the leader for five-star OT Seantrel Henderson, reports are now starting to surface that Henderson will announce for USC later today. In fact, the St. Paul Pioneer-Press says that the Buckeyes have fallen to third in the race for Henderson, behind the Trojans and Miami. (Maybe his parents' desire to live in warmer weather -- they are moving with Henderson to wherever he ends up in college -- turned out to be the deciding factor.)
There is one big caveat to all of this: The Feb. 21 NCAA hearing on possible infractions committed by USC's football and basketball teams. The Pioneer-Press says that Henderson could commit to the Trojans but hold off on signing his letter of intent until after that hearing, just in case USC faces bigger sanctions than expected.

If USC is going down then they are gonna go down in flames. Sounds like he is going to announce USC. Good choice kid, welcome to the sanctioned world of USC.
