NCAA MARKETWATCH 9/24-9/26

MARKETWATCH: 

I'm trying to see what the market does and make some investments based upon market analysis, total pts capped, and overall percentage of so called sharp bettors compared to the betting public.  As an investor the market is always a strategy to use when placing wagers on any sporting event that has multiple events going off on one day.

Last week 7-1   under my investments for a very profitable day.  Went 0-2 with straight up picks but will invest more in Marketwatch this week.

NCAA current total: 53.5

Percentage: 50% on the over 50% on the under

The market is being very bearish on South Carolina's executable offense and the last two weeks throwing up points, as well as Mississippi holding steady at 3rd in the nation in points.  They've played Memphis (95th ranked) and Southeaster LA (66th).

South Carolina is 15th in total defense while Mississippi is no slouch hanging in at 33rd in the nation.

I agree the market hasn't moved this total in either direction by more than 1/2 a point.

I agree with the market on this one. I got this in early on Tuesday.

Illinois @ Ohio St    

NCAA current total: 49.5

Percentage: 75% on the under

Ohio State at home will be a most difficult task for Ohio St almost impossible.  I look for the Buckeyes to dominate this game and win 17 or more holding Illinois to 10 points or less.

Ohio State has played a tougher schedule.

I agree with the market moving this line.  It should close around 47.

Buffalo @ Temple

Percentage: 80% on the under

Buffalo likes to air it out and score.  They rank 24^th in passing offense in the nation and are ranked 63^rd in passing defense.  Temple is ranked 98^th in passing defense while ranking 26^th in passing offense.  If both QB’s get it going early look for a shootout.  30-24 type of range.

I disagree with the market looking at Temple as an under machine and at home but playing the Bulls will open up the scoreboard and make for an exciting game.

Akron @ Central Michigan

Percentage: 77% on the over

Neither team looks great offensively to start the year and defensively either.  However, the Chippewas have thrown up 48 and 27 respectively the last two weeks, while the Zips have scoring days of 21 and 41.  Look for both offenses to outweigh their defenses in an epic (for mid american conference) battle.

I agree with the market pushing on the over.  The offenses seem to be clicking and both teams got their beat down early (Penn St. and Arizona) and now its conference time
