i like the Gators to come out on top of the toughest conference(SEC) to play for National Championship.
And TT da RED RAIDERS to make a lot of noise in BIG 12. Michael Crabtree will give Tim Tebow a good run for the Heisman.

Ohio State only has a 3-game schedule this year (@ USC, @ Illinois and Michigan), so it's easy to see how the could make it to the title game . . . again. They won't win it mind you, but they have a good chance to get there again.
USC is absolutely loaded as usual, and unless they have a Stanford-like stumble, they are the best pre-season bet to make it to the NC game.
The SEC being what it is - the vastly superior football conference in the nation - the team that wins this conference should have an automatic bid to the NC game every year IMHO. The one thing you can say about the last team standing in this conference is that they will have survived a brutal, brutal schedule. The winner of the SEC will probably be the winner of the Florida/Georgia game. I think there is a significant talent gap between those two teams and the rest of the SEC.
West Virginia and Oklahoma should both make noise this year as well. In order for West Va to get a shot at the title game, everyone else in the other conferences would have to falter. I just don't see them getting the nod over a team from SEC, Big 12, Big 10 or ACC if all other factors are equal.
FREAK OUT!!!

I think Oklahoma has an easy shot to go undefeated in the regular season. They could end up playing Florida or the USC/Ohio St winner for the title.
Now if you were to ask about 2009? Easy.
